I challenged gestede directly who refutes the claim (there are more than one witness) and offered him the opportunity to sit down one to one to discuss the claims and id put his side of the story out. He stated he dont think any present employees have said this but conceded he had his ideas which former employees have He stated he dont do private sittings. He suggested my post had religious undertones, though I pointed out by neices sons are indeed Muslim and tbh id not even considered that angle. Yes Rudy Gestede personally threatened me with legal action, I took a little pause to get legal advice , ensure my info would stand up and rounded up the witnesses. I responded by saying we'll go to court!! He responded by stating he walks into ground same way each game trying to coax a public encounter. Also let him know "I know" other things (let's call it an insurance policy) that i can release at any point. We do have lives too, so its a balancing act at present.

On pork being banned from the training ground, I asked Steve Waggott who confirmed this was the case in writing.

She was told to not dress this way , a club uniform could be provided if she has not got one ,as this is not the image the club will accept going forwards. Baring in mind she was dressing this way at Rovers when Rudy was still at school and has always dressed that way which is smart casual. There is other parts to this but I really can't add to what ive posted previously.

This appears to be true as agent ozo called suhail yesterday over a player and was given Rudy's number as points of contact on all transfers ins and outs

NDA's wrong words really. They sign a compromise agreement which includes a payment of cash. Not everyone rolling in 10-15k a week, some on less than 30k a year, so the payment outweighs the benefit of speaking out Ultimately people have bills to pay etc and just like redundancy you want as much as you can get as you dont know when you will get new job. Also in football speaking out often prevents you working in that industry again. So I dont blame people for not publicly speaking out.

Rather amusing story may surface in coming days around Rudy's efforts to sell Pears today, I cant say too much at this point but if you are reading Rudy, yes we do know , its how we roll 😀. Might be worth having a chat with Big Sam 😉

This was never about contracts This is ALL on Rudy gestede, his treatment of staff and players and total arrogance. This started in the last summer when JE invited Weimann to train at Rovers to earn a contract. Gestede hit the roof and wanted him off the training ground. JE convinced Waggott Weimann could do a job, against Gestedes wishes. That was the beginning of the end of JE and Gestedes relationship. The day JE left Weimann was summoned by Gestede and informed his days at Rovers were over. Weimann opted to then have a little op to ensure he could get new club in summer. This was pure spite by Gestede as he didn't forgive JE for bringing Weimann in. Gestede then pushed a number of employees out the door for none performance related issues . One employee due to not covering her arms at the training ground. Ive spoken to a number of employees who have departed and some there, but to protect their identities and in some cases NDAs I wont name them The senior players and sadly Leonard challenged Gestede for dressing down employees and being nasty and in some cases making them cry. Leonard for his part was banished to train with the kids. The rest for none footballing reasons and certainly not for contractual reasons (you actually need to be offered a contract to sign one) have all been dismissed this window (all members of the players council). How anyone can defend the ciub is beyond me. The best thing about x now is no one can see who likes your tweets. My own tweets its rather damning given the amount of players,,relatives and staff are liking what im posting. (As people know I wil never post a thing i can't prove). No Gestede , JE would not have exited thats a fact. These lads not being offered contracts which was RG job, is not an error. It was deliberate to drive them out the club. I believe (my opinion) the damage hes created in one summer is more than any single person has at any time in the last 15 years. This aint a plan of success, this is malicious and been made personal due to people refusing to accept bullying at our training ground Many current staff are walking on egg shells in fear . One significant departed member of staff i spoke to for 2 hours on the phone a couple of weeks ago and it was extremely alarming whats gone down at the training ground. Strangely Suhail is barely mentioned in any if these conversations. Its always Gestede. This aint gonna end well unless that man is removed

In fairness to Elliott he does cover most supporter stuff and needs to maintain a relationship with the club as part of his job. There will be bigger things to cover in the future than some minutes in a FF. He certainly gives good airtime to the supporters concerns and he's a decent guy. Its finding the balance so he dont get totally shut out by club, so fully understand the dilemma somethings can create.

Things will come to a head sooner rather than later , Had a good 6 hours with Rory last night in Dublin and tbh Rovers wise its been full on for the last 10 days in particular. So much leaking, people speaking out and the pieces coming together. We've also got a fantastic guest lined up for WATR TV, which cant be missed. Whilst there's fans who care, the war can be won

Until suhail exits , and with the club now facing a nice lawsuit (suhails doing) , its becoming the biggest circus in town

Like taking to a brick wall, The only conclusion I can come to is they cant possibly be in this ownership alone, nothing makes sense. I think Suhail will exit , and the pressure needs to remain to ensure that occurs. However there is no road back for Venkys, we must find new owners before the damage becomes iretreviable . I think we are at the worse point in 15 years We have no credible board, no credible dof, and a squad being slaughtered for none footballing reasons. How any body can make excuses is beyond me

On JE his card was marked when he brought weimann in to train against Gestedes wishes, he was told he couldn't have him and he went Waggott to get it done. Weimann op was because he was told when JE went his days were numbered and he would not be staying. How people keep plugging the VL dont want or its the players fault. The list of those who have spoken out about to the toxicity are the ones exiting. Contracts/money is pure propaganda

As ive posted previously and from multiple sources (at least 11) all either employees or players. All points to one man , the one man who arrived last summer and is universally hated across the club more than suhail. This aint about money, this is about the whole environment. One outgoing employee of many years who I had an hour chat with Saturday, puts the blame firmly at Gestedes door. Id not post this if I couldn't support it either , hence Suhail was so desperate to have Gestedes name removed from the minutes

Think biggest issue with these wholesale changes is we finished 7th last season. Anything less this season and we've gone backwards. Its still a results business, and this aint the Brentford model that has been claimed before. They buy players for the future as does Brighton., they dont just throw them in for sink or swim. We need some championship experience or its gonna be a painful first half of the season until these learn on job.
