  1. Corrected for you: 3 in total in the last 25 league games under discussion, since Armstrong scored on 26th Jan against Hull but you knew that anyway!
  2. Hardly in a twist pal. Can I ask what your interpretation of 'up front' is? Is it 'centre forward' and 'wide forward'? If so, I'd say that is probably all 25. Where my knickers are beginning to get in a twist is that we've spent £13.5 million on 3 'up front' players and in 18 months they've scored what, 3 goals between them? Yeh, we won today I know and I'm chuffed but it doesn't really mask the issues.
  3. How many games has Williams played up front chaddy and how many has he got and how many assists? You know Armas goal return is garbage, so why try to defend it?
  4. An article worth reading from the leader of Blackpool Trust: https://www.blackpoolgazette.co.uk/sport/football/blackpool-fc/action-is-needed-before-football-s-pyramid-crashes-down-says-christine-seddon-of-blackpool-supporters-trust-1-9992719
  5. Me too Dave (patience). Where would you play Armstrong? He's been played wide on both sides and off a striker but couldn't hit a barn door from 2 yards. I won't start on the other 2!
  6. Agreed, we spunked £12 million in transfer fees on him, Brereton and Gallagher plus their annual wages and there doesn't appear to be a decent player if you were to combine all 3 into 1. Strange in the extreme!
  7. Cheers Stuart, as I thought and from the stats and result looks like it worked a treat.
  8. Aye, our transfer policy has 'Ozark' written all over it!
  9. I suspect we're going 3 at the back: Williams, Tosin and Lenihan with Bennett and Cunningham as wing backs and Downing central but who knows?!
  10. Agreed, He's a £7 million Miles Anderson for me: never a footballer.
  11. For those of a certain Rovers vintage: there was a cover version of Up On The Roof by the dingle suicide squad. Bloody morons! The Gap Band - Oops up Side Your Head
