I think the very fact you are advocating we play two players who are playing at Championship clubs and on the face of struggling, For crying out loud "looked steady" in the team who are sitting pretty in the very lowest echelons of the Championship is an interesting idea.

Given the calibre of the staff in the academy and the amount of time they spend with these players I would trust their opinion over someone who has never watched them.

Because theres a large element in our away support that causes trouble, has been for years now and nothing can be done about it. I don't condone it, and think it's pathetic but unfortunately that is the way it is at United especially at the big aways where we get a large allocation. It shoots ourselves in the foot because you're one of few clubs that give us a big allocation. The likes of Boro only give us 1,500. Yet those that cause trouble moan when we get small allocations, yet when we do get a decent one they cause trouble.

One or two idiots might have made some noise in the ground but anyone that did was told to shut up. Don't tar everyone with the same brush mate.

I'll not get into the Ronaldo discussion as we will clearly be Pole's apart, but it is clear that a MINORITY of ###### in the Darwen End were making noise, I for one heard a very loud "shut up you *****" from someone voer there, but it was most definitely the top right hand corner, a group of around 30/40 people were bouncing around out on the terrace.

Sooner or later the police will insist this kick off is brought forward to lunchtime every year, and that the Fernhurst is closed. The same old regular United fans get tarred by the brush that a sizeable minority of nobs bring out and use at away matches.

Come Jan we will need another midfield player and cover for both full backs. mean while we can but keep on going and just battle through this. Look at West Ham and how in two games there whole season now looks different, and with two wins in a row the same can happen to us.

Which is fair enough but the consensus is from nearly all the guys who report back from reserve games on here (Roversmum, Waggy etc) Jay McEveley is an inferior left back to Andy Taylor.

I dont recall waggy ever saying that on the grounds of actually seeing him, just in his unrelenting campaign for kids to be given a match. I dont even recall mum saying it!

My opinion certainly differs to that, I dont actually think either of them are up to it.

Having seen Taylor a few times I would not be confident at all with him starting. He looks a prospect, but not as good as we currently have in the first team.

the 4 corners.My point is fill in the gaps at Ewood, that will then improve the atmosphere 100%,thus turning

Ewood into an exciting place to be on matchday.

Within 3 seasons and with Mark Hughes still there, gates would increase by 5,000.
