  1. A bloody lass rang me up so I missed the excitement of hearing the final whistle after winning today! Excellent win for us and yet ANOTHER clean sheet. Surely our defence is now on par with the Italian defences!
  2. We need to remember that we have struggled in the past 2 seasons and bringing players like Savage in will just mean that Hughes is ready for battle and keep us in the premier league. Savage however has a good all round play and he could form a very good partnership with Ferguson. Both enjoy possession, both get from box to box and both are willing to give it their all. I also like the fact that a lot of signings from Hughes have been captains for either national teams or for club sides. This will hopefully be an advantage for us on the pitch as they must all have key qualities about their game for them to be made captains in the first place.
  3. I will sell you my ticket if you want
  4. Totally agree mate! I went to the first night and 'Ruled By Secrecy' was amazing. I haven't stopped listening to it since coming back. Before I heard the song live, I enjoyed it but now I can't stop playing it, I love it loads. It was the first time i've seen Muse live and the balloons and everything was amazing. I even saw him chuck his guitar in the crowd, so whoever got that was one lucky so and so! I thought The Zutons put in a good performance as well and the crowd really got into them. Was unsure who the first band was though, did you know?
  5. Just got back from seeing Muse at Earl's Court, London. It was amazing, probably one of the best live bands i've ever seen. They even had baloons coming down from the ceiling! hehe!
  6. is there a train station close by?
  7. played over 8th/9th of January. Will Gabbidon be a Rover then?
  8. I'm currently watching Hinkley vs Brentford and I wouldn't fancy playing them at their ground, its pretty shocking compared with the league grounds. Would be an excellent day out though!
  9. The FA Cup 3rd round is probably one of the most famous dates in football. Its a chance to inject much needed cash into football clubs which could help them survive for the next 10 years. Its a day when dreams can be rewarded and when dreams can be shattered. This is why the FA Cup is the most famous cup in league football around the world. Hopefully there is a lot of possible banana skin ties where the smaller teams get the chance to face the big boys. Hopefully we won't be playing Bournemouth!
  10. Dickov is a disgrace, he works his heart out for the team, he scores wonder goals (man utd), he scores penalties (2 in 3 games), he scores headers (norwich) he runs non-stop for 90 minutes (probably runs more than Paula Radcliffe did at the Olympics). He cost £150,000 - waste of money and at 2ft tall he doesnt win headers. What a crap player! Dickov has been our saviour, how anyone can question anything about this player is beyond me. Will you be saying these things when he keeps us up in the Premier League
  11. That's the only picture we're gonna see this year then! Couldn't you have made her do it every time we lost a game?
  12. The fact that Nissa and Toddy were showing their silky skills in the opposition box proved how good we were today. Excellent performance lads!!
  13. Nirvana - Come As You Are Just a reminder to all you Nirvana fans, I think the 4-disc Nirvana Box-Set actually gets released today so go out and buy buy buy!!
  14. If this is true then those people should be ashmed of themselves and should be banned from football games for good. They are a disgrace.
  15. We should excellent 'Bounce-back-ability' in that game. So unlucky not to win it at the end, but Birmingham had their chances as well. Excellent game!
  16. Ahh what a game to watch! The thing about Rovers is that we are NEVER boring to watch! GET INTO 'EM!!!
  17. Savage scored Come on Rovers.......
  18. i'm currently listening to some hardcore death metal...aka *cough* Busted - Year 3000 *cough*
  19. Here is a picture of Colin. I recently found out that he was also in Mr Brittas.
  20. I heard a silly rumour that we had a penalty!
  21. Thank you Tony for everything you've done for the club. It feels like a death to the club. I am totally shocked by this. I wish him luck with everything he decides to do in the future. Good luck Tony. Just read this from a news article and I 100% agree! Parkes never hankered after the limelight or moaned about players or their wages. He was a football man through and through, still in love with the game after all that time and 100% dedicated to Blackburn. Time moves on of course but football fans by necessity sometimes want to live in the past and feel that their club is fully protective of it’s heroes. Although it is dead right that Parkes would not want to be fobbed off with some meaningless new role, the least he deserves is a properly organised testimonial against big opposition and the chance to take the applause of the fans at Ewood Park one last time. 22. Wanna see my baps?
  23. Yeah, which shows just how lightly paedophiles get away with when sentences are ordered by the courts especially when they get a few years behind bars which gives them time to 'reform' as better people.
  24. Theres a good little discussion on this subject on the official boards. Have a peak and join in if you wish! Discussion on paedophile in Blackburn You might need to register with PTV to view the official Rovers site.
  25. Yeah I got those 2 hotties at the local barn dance but found out they were from Pompey so giving them a lift back home. Heres a picture of Cletus enjoying some Badger Juice!
