Looking forward to this one for some insane reason. Despite some grumblings I think Eustace is doing a good job with what he has. Build from the back should be the mantra. I’d gladly take another performance like wednesday, but got a feeling this might turn out entertaining at least. Here’s hoping for another 3 points at home! COYB!!!

I hate this deflated feeling when it comes to Rovers. We get these small sprinkles of light before the darkness comes crashing down and we’re back in the doldrums. We should be angry, enraged and willing to die for the cause, but years of grinding down this once great club has left me deflated. I hope and wish for success. I want our players to succeed. But it just feels a bit flat. I still live for those moments that makes football the best thing in the world, but… Still. Get back to winning ways at home. No more dilly dally. Up and at them! COYB!

Didn’t really think we’d stand much of a chance today as they have too much quality. This game won’t define our season. The games against Stoke, Cardiff, Pompey and Boro might as they are winnable games.

If you are going to punish Sheffield United you need speed. Despite some chances against they are solid at the back. Add in Dolans endless ability to make the wrong decision and we need a miracle to win this. Good thing miracles do happen in football from time to time, but not getting my hopes up. Cantwell best Rovers player for me by a country mile. Think we need to build the team around him so that they actually move when he has the ball. At least I have beer!

We need our midfielders to chip in with goals as well. We need to stop depending on that one forward who will score 50% (or more) of our goals. I’d rather go up than have the top scorer every other season and that requires more or less everyone to score.

Should be 2-0. These guys are going straight up. Way too good for us and probably this league.
