Once again..this is the first WC since 1982 I have no interest in. Can't wait until the Championship starts up again and meeting Preston. One thing is the obvious violations when it comes to workers and human rights, but a WC in the middle of the season is downright stupid. People think the high-earning stars will perform...why? Bet Guardiola is happy Norway didn't qualify for WC just so Haaland can be rested. Don't care who wins it, don't care who is top scorer... I just don't care enough to put in the effort. Probably not the popular opinion, but I think this was more than ok. We're away from home to a recently relegated PL team, our bitter rivals and probably a better squad. Give me 0-0 away and 1-0 at home and I'm more than pleased! Still think we can nick this one though. Think we have better finishing qualities up top. Give Brereton-Diaz one real chance and he'll score. Seems up for it.

Another 3 points at home! According to lancs.live this is the first time since 94/95 we’ve managed six home wins in a row. 20 games in and we are 2nd….absolutetly unbelievable if you ask me. Don’t really care if the football is boring and unorganized from time to time as long as the 3 points keep coming. And incredibly enough at this part of the season no other fans have had those coming as often as us! Onwards and upwards! COYB!
