  1. We need a lucky goal to up the confidence. Not looking likely mind…
  2. Think we will need Kaminsky at his best today. Nervous start.
  3. Happy to see Piclkering back! No world beater but for some reason feels important to the back 5. A mainstay in our winning run.
  4. Been otherwise occupied but watching this one tonight. Got the feeling that if we get the first goal we will cruise in to a solid 3-0. In other news and since I`m a bit behind on the news…..when will Pickering be back? And Dack?
  5. Now will you please put on some firepower, Tony?!!
  6. Is it Giles on the left? Like the look of him. Think he'll do great with Brereton and Khadra beside him.
  7. We will need some magic from Khadra or Ben 2nd half...Swansea there for the taking
  8. They are cutting through our left side like a warm knife through butter. Need to do something or it is just a question of time before å 2nd
  9. Will adding 5-6 players in january really help the squad? There is no pre-season to gel as a team and I think more often than not I have seen stable teams get upended by incoming players. Like I've said before this day (to me) is all about keeping our key players. Not to bothered about incoming players as we seem to do ok with the ones we've got even though the squad is thin. In other news I really wish this january-transfer-window nonsense would end - re: Bournemouth and Rothwell. It gives bigger clubs a chance to unsettle players at other clubs all while the games comes thick and thin in january. In my view, if you want to have a transfer windows in january then at the same time stop all league games between january 1st to 31st. Would probably change the entire dynamic of the window, more transfers done early on and no more nonsense with key players getting "unsettled". It would also give teams an opportunity to change things up with new players if they wanted to. Just my two cents. Rip me a new one...
  10. Hoping this is Rovers bad half…come out firing in the 2nd half. But right now I`d take 0-0.
  11. Dreading this one. Both Rothwell and Brereton missing is one too many. Our defence will be instrumental in getting a point or (hopefully) points today. Come on, Buckley! Prove us wrong and hammer in a screamer. COYB!
  12. Was about to point out the same thing. In retrospect it might look like Pickering (and Nyambe) where more than essential to our good form. I think Pickering has looked solid++ in most games and obviously good at closing down his side. Really looking forward to having Pickering back!
  13. We are sorely missing Pickering and Nyambe. No width. Too many pusses..
  14. If we can get a late 1-1 it will feel like a win...
  15. They seem to have a clear plan how to handle us and we have no answer.
  16. Shit year, shit week, shit day....come on Rovers! Put a smile on my bitter old face!
  17. On an off day with a ref who obviously had his wife ravaged by one of our players before kick off we still come out victorious! Bournemouth at the same time can't find their way around Luton in their banana-skin match. This is some weird timeline we wandered into, but I'm loving every second of it. I'll take Rovers playing shit winning 1-0 every day of the week. Might even tempt me to swim to England from Norway come April. Upwards and onwards. Cheers fellow Rovers-supporters! COYB!
  18. Buckley needs some help with his decisionmaking in the final third….does everything right until the final move which has been wrong almost every time. When he has done the right thing I think(?) it´s been a goal every time.
  19. Looking on the replays that was a clear cut penalty. I think perhaps the fact it was Gallagher makes the ref not give it….beginning to suspect he has got a reputation….or it could be the beer speaking!
