I would never rest Bellamy in a game where 3 points is vital, especially with tough games against Chelsea and Pool around the corner. We have to pick up 3 points during the games, which on paper look winnable. 6 out of the next 6 and we will almost certainly play UEFA Cup football next season.

He has set the standard that others should strive towards. Ive noticed MGP gets quite alot of Bellers' displeasure!

Plus the fact that he works so hard for the team is a joy to watch. No one wants to win more than he does!

Well Souness is a guy who wears his heart on his sleeve. Doesnt lie when he talks to the media, offers his honest opinion with no PR bs added. I always liked him, but we grew tired of his lady luck stories. I still hold no grudges, since we came out for the better at the end.

There is no way in hell we will get 69 points, Im sorry to burst your bubble! If we make 61, then it would be a great achievement in my book and will surely be enough for a UEFA Cup spot.

Almost all of the teams in contention for 4th - 10th will be playing each other quite a bit. Some lost points there. Honestly, our run in is one of the simpler ones as long as we dont throw it away.

We were average at best. Thankfully bad luck evens itself out over a season, and today we won a game which we should have lost.

Bolton has a horrendous run coming up: United home, Pool away, Chelsea home. 3 defeats are a real possibility in those games, but the same could be said about our games against two of those teams. Im sure there will be many twists and turns coming up for 4th - 6th positions.

Cant see 5 wins in a row. Too many potential banana skins in those games. I hope Im wrong. That would be the difference between a team gunning for European football and another one yo-yoing in upper to mid-table region lacking only the element of consistency to catapult it onto the next level.

Had we won today, with the fixtures Spurs have, it wouldnt have been beyond possibility for us to have finished ahead of Spurs. I think we need 7 wins to guarantee European football. 6 should do it too. You can easily see 6 wins in there, but unfortunately we rarely make things easy for ourselves. If we win our next 4 games, we could be well on our way but I see one or two banana skins there.

I cant remember the last time we played crap and still won, if the other team crushed us during the game.
