I think its difficult getting quality players. It seems we're not looking at league one quality. Poor Tony looked tired. Gone are the days when players jumped on the chance to come to Rovers. I really hope we got a gem in Kaminski that will make our back line four better this season.

Bentley was a gifted proven player but also had his injuries and never came back the same after.

Don't think any premier league club will buy a 27 year old Bradley Dack whos been out almost a year with a knee ligament injury. If he want to play in the Premier League his best chance is to do well this season and do it with Rovers and fire them up.

Why do we have an European scouting network,? We have signed only one player... Total waste..

Newport striker Tristan Abrahams bagged a brace against Swansea, would try and get him. Will probably be snapped up by Brentford and their superb scouting.

Jozo Simunovic, centre half still a free agent since leaving Celtic. Also Victor Alvarez, Calvin Verdonck and Stephen Kingsley available as left backs. No one has snapped up Kevin Stewart former Hill city player. Daniel Ayala is another very good centre half available. Seems to be some good freebies out there.

Buckley is so cool and sensible with the ball. Think he will play more this season.

Leicester starts the season next week too so we were really good today. Also showed we have young gems in Dolan, Buckley, Rankin-Costello and Magloire. All did fine! ?
