  1. Yep - I can’t recall the game (was it PNE?) but we were below par in the poor weather then too. Need a plan B for the next couple of months when we can’t play our usual game. No shame in that - been a great run and at least we didn’t lose.
  2. Reckon we will continue the run going here. No need to be worried - let’s take the game to them. Rovers 2 Huddersfield 0 COYB
  3. Nixon reckons we’re back in for Burke at Sheff Utd. Hopefully it’s rubbish as it’s Nixon, but IF true, then I’d hoped we had much better lined up this time round!!!
  4. The Baggies have signalled their intentions for promotion by splashing £7m on Dike. Clearly we won’t be spending anything like that, but we can’t remain idle with the likes of Forest already adding to their ranks too. Time to show your latest hand, Venky’s.
  5. I hope we absolutely wipe the floor with the f*ckers when we do play them. Bournemouth’s game against Peterborough is off tomorrow due to Covid cases in the Bournemouth squad.
  6. Long term injury (knee ligaments). They love him there; he’ll be straight back in when he’s eventually fit.
  7. He’s got a bit of Pedri about him. Great passing range, always busy and just seems to glide with the ball at times. I haven’t seen many - if any - English players like him at that age. Superb talent - there’s no doubt big clubs will be watching him.
  8. He didn’t. Gallagher came on 60ish on his own and Dolan was brought on with Edun with five minutes to spare.
  9. Only intrigued, but why? We’ve given them enough £ over the years. I don’t care who comes up with us!
  10. GET IN!!! Few signs of the frailties from seasons gone, but that’s a huge win.
  11. Need to remain positive and there’s no reason why we shouldn’t be going into tonight. They’re a very poor side and we’ve got real momentum behind us despite the Hull postponement. I think we’ll still win this one quite comfortably: Rovers 3 Barnsley 1 COYB
  12. Surely we’d only be in for him if Lenihan leaves. @J*Byeah believe Kaminski’s is up next summer.
  13. He can. It’s definitely only Brereton that we have that option with out of the four.
  14. Gutted for the fans, gutted for the players. Just need to hope this isn’t a real momentum buster for us. Need to take out our frustrations out against Barnsley on Wednesday.
  15. Was just about to come on here and say how I didn’t realise we would go joint top - for a few days at least - with a win. Nice home fixtures after this too. What an incentive.
  16. Traore or Zerkane then. *Not that I have a clue who either are!
  17. Just can’t get my head around what’s going on. Unbelievable! FFS Venkys - get contracts sorted for Lenihan, Nyambe, Rothwell and BBD - we can’t have that derailing our season in January. THIRD. Wake me up.
  18. 3-0. WTF is going on with Rovers?!! Unbelievable!
  19. Great to see us able to field our strongest 11 given the Covid news a couple of days ago. I’ll still go for 2-0 Rovers!
  20. Bournemouth losing too. Huge incentive today, let’s get the job done, lads.
  21. Great news if it is Johnson (sorry Bradley!) or another squad player, rather than a mainstay of our first 11. Although there will be one more missing for us (at least). 2-0 Rovers COYB
  22. I reckon JRC could be decent in that RWB role but the problem is he’d even make Vince Grella look half fit.
  23. GET IN Full credit to Tony Mowbray, the players…and my daughter. Born 3 hours after the Fulham debacle she is proving to be some good luck charm!!
  24. Everyone talks of BBD being a top, grounded lad and we better hope that’s the case come January, as you can bet your bottom dollar his agent will be in his ear daily telling him now is the time to cash in big time whilst his stock is so high (in case he is a one season wonder…actually make that half a season!).
  25. To Hull and back. Let’s hope it’s not Uncle Albert sailing them across.
