  1. I can't see the death roll ending here. We'll get done by Watford; they'll have far too much for us. Out of form, sh*te at Ewood, can't defend, can't score. I do think it'll be by the odd goal or two, max, though. What will happen though is we'll (somehow) beat Coventry at the weekend and the Mowbray brigade will be back out in full force heralding our 'improved performances over the past three matches despite not the best results.'
  2. Pearson officially appointed at Bristol City. How depressing, we just trundle on under Mowbray.
  3. Where are you based pal? I’m in Bristol myself. Reckon Pearson will get them sorted.
  4. Yep. Yet another match where you can count the clear cut chances on a couple of fingers. We are so bad creatively, it’s frightening. Yet we probably had more box entries than them, or some other meaningless statistic, so all is well in Tony’s world.
  5. No idea - apologies. Just saw that’s the line Sharpe trotted out on Twitter when asked.
  6. Radio Lancs can’t cover away games at the moment apparently - so it’s just written press.
  7. More BS if you can stomach it: https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/19106245.tony-mowbrays-verdict-rovers-defeat-nottingham-forest/ One line on the owners: ‘We have to keep going until we’re told not to and that they (the owners) don’t like the fact we’ve lost four on the bounce, that’s okay.’
  8. “We’re worried about Nyambe, a player who we have spoken about a lot this week, he excessively works extraordinarily hard, he needed a break and then it seems the world is questioning why he isn’t playing and then here he is, he might be out for months. “You have to protect players and people should let the manager manage.‘’
  9. Last 15 matches (all comps): Conceded first in 12 Scored in the first half twice Won 4 Scored 12
  10. I know how Tony loves a stat, so here’s a few for him: Lost the last 4 Last 15 matches (all comps): Conceded first in 12 Scored in the first half twice Won 4 Scored 12
  11. According to a lad on Twitter it’s 2 first half goals in 14 matches. Throw in conceding first in 12 of the last 15 matches (not 16) and the stats are beyond damning of what an awful manager we have at the helm.
  12. Throw in that we create 1-2 max clear cut chances per match and you can see why we’re struggling! As I posted earlier, Forest have a 100% win record when going ahead - so this game is done and dusted.
  13. Apparently we’ve conceded first in 12 of the last 16 games. Pitiful.
  14. This has Forest 2-1 written all over it. They’ll go 2-0 up and we’ll get a late consolation again. Mowbray out. So sick and tired of this same sh*t week in week out.
  15. Yeah but how many touches in their box have we had?
  16. Normal service is resumed. They have a 100% winning record when going ahead by the way.
  17. Harwood Bellis booked 4 mins in. Great start fella.
  18. They’ve got a 50 year old Cafu playing for them so we’re gonna p*ss rings round ‘em.
  19. It’s every bloody week mate. I know we were terrible last match, but it’s the same 3-6 changes every match. How can we breed any kind of consistency with a different team each week? As an aside today is going to wind me up when, as I suspect, we lose. Why? Because Mowbray is going to get a completely free pass with the Facebook and LET brigade as they’ll be too busy waxing lyrical about the ‘amazing future of Rovers’ following today’s statement.
  20. It’s tiring work being a football manager and masterminding the Brockhall redevelopment with your besties Venus and Waggott.
  21. Whatever happened to that ‘Hughesy’ on here? Accordingn to him on Twitter ‘they’re investing in what is a very old academy and training ground’.
  22. If this ‘statement’ tells me the sky is blue I think I’ll still have to poke my head outside to check.
  23. We might see how good a manager Damian Johnson could be today what with Mowbray and Venus having to hide themselves away with Waggott to write this press release.
  24. Yep. Chuck in £20m for Arma and they’ll certainly be hanging around to see what could drop next.
  25. ‘Well realistically we’re sh*te at our jobs so can’t get you the £170m that promotion would bring. But do you fancy a quick £60m? If so, we’ll take a share too and keep our jobs for as long as like, doing what we want with minimal interference.’
