  1. !!!
  2. It was coming. If it ends 1-1 I won't be disappointed.
  3. Very, very boring match. I suppose we should be happy with a point at the reebok, but we could have played until midnight and not scored. Bentley impressed me when he came on, a bit of flair in an otherwise dead boring team. MGP was quieter than usual. I forgot Emerton and Jansen were on the pitch in the first half...
  4. Shameful. 4-5-1 is a disgusting formation to play against a team like Northern Ireland (no offence to the Northern irish, but they're on par with Azerbaijan in the FIFA rankings ffs). We deserved to lose and hopefully this is the kick up the arse they needed, as if we needed another one after Denmark! I feel sorry for the poor sods who went to watch that 'performance' tonight.
  5. Villa had 4 or 5 clear cut chances whereas we had none. Make of that what you will. Face it, we played awful today, and you can't redeem our players no matter what you say. Pederson was not a 10, more like a 6, I've seen far better. His corners were awful, and the only memorable thing he did during the entire match was nutmeg a villa player in the 80th minute or so. Bad performance from the whole team today, though I will say Gresko impressed me the short time he was on the pitch. we desperately need someone to put away the goals. Living in Ipswich, I knew and know that Kuqi is and will never be premiership standard, I don't care if he wa son a free, I don't care if he's only had 4 games and no service, HE IS NOT PREMIERSHIP STANDARD, and will never be. We will be disappointed with him week after week and will have to wait patiently for Bellamy to return before we can rely on our strikeforce. Today was an away match, which is always bad luck for us anyway, and as was said on soccer saturday, it's been 39 games (40 now) since we've gone behind and come back to win the game, so I think we have a reason to be pessimistic, because our team is crap at coming back from a goal down, and 40 games now backs me up with that statement. We are part of a select few group of fans who can legitimaely say we're going to lose or at best get a draw when we go a goal down, how sad.
  6. It's over. We played well 2nd half, but no end product and no hope of an end product with Kuqi as our striker. Villa had a lot of clean cut chances, could have beaten us by more than 1 easily. Onto our next game, then! We'll be alright.
  7. 10 minutes to go.... MGP's corners have been a complete disaster today Jemal Johnson on...
  8. We're looking better than the first half, but it would have been difficult to look worse. We're still not creating anything.
  9. There is a link, if you bothered to check the site you'd see there is a free link, but it's only for 5 people and you have to click it fairly early. Don't make assumptions. EDIT: And, for the record, I never said I'd provide a link, I said I'd say how I was getting my stream. And Kuqi is @#/?, ffs.
  10. I'm paying for my stream, it's not free. If you want to know how, PM me.
  11. Been watching a stream of the game, I have no idea where a goal is coming from. A set-piece is all we can hope for right now, Villa look a class above us at the moment. Baros has been good, Villa should be 2 or 3 up, rather than only 1. We've not created a chance at goal and Kuqi looks completely out of his depth, though to be fair he's had absolutely no service whatsoever, as MGP, Emerton, Tugay, Flitty and Savage have all been poor. Hughes has to get the lads going for the 2nd half because we look a beaten team right now! Come on Rovers ...
  12. We definately need another striker, but I think we'e stuck with Kuqi until Bellamy returns. We also need players to stop making ridiculous and costly challenges, namely Todd, Savage, Neill ... a little discipline will go a long way, we don't need suspensions with our squad as thin as it is, and so early in the season.
  13. Rovers had 12 shots to tottenham's 1 .... excellent performance by the lads, once Bellamy's back and if we play like that we'll be a threat.
  14. No way, our corners have been dismal.
  15. I'm more angry than pessismistic... no need at all for Lucas to go in like that and get sent off, disgraceful and a big let down for the team, who have worked so hard throughout the match, and supporters.
  16. Deserved red, absolutely no excuses, lucas is a complete idiot. Not to mention whoever headbutted the tottenham player is likely to get a ban. Brilliant. We were doing so well, now we're going to have to defend the rest of the match.
  17. We're having plenty of chances by the sounds of things, just need to stick one in.
  18. What a disaster. Looks like we have another successful season to look forward to.
  19. I want him staying right here. A very talented young striker with his best years still ahead of him. We must keep him at all costs, where would we be now without him?
  20. Well, we had to lose a game/have a bad match eventually... Just wish it didn't have to be THIS one. Time to look forward to Fulham...
  21. I'm afraid I wasn't impressed with Matteo. The number of times a swear word came in close proximity with his name was too often. Usually when we were going 'forward'.
  22. What a pisstake. 3-0? Our lack of quality lost us the match today, our work rate was second to none, as usual. We never looked like scoring, and today it really did look like 2nd Vs 14th. We were never expected to win, but Arsenal today didn't impress me. 3-0.... I can't believe it. Gutted.
  23. 86 minutes of battling down the drain.
  24. Not on topic, mode_m, in relation to your sig, Everything Counts is a great song have you heard In Flames version of it?
