I think the near post save from a corner should never be that difficult. Wasn’t flicked on, no one was there should have been delt with without flapping around. Maybe just me but thought it was a good save that shouldn’t have been had to be made

Derby are a shite side so all exuberance needs to be tempted a bit. Thought the first 30 was good, high effort and intensity but the dropped off for the next 30. We’re lucky to be 1-1 as derby could have had a direct one from the corner. In the end a convincing win, but around the 70th minute couldn’t help but feel the game was only going one way. Brilliant by the subs to turn the match in its head. Could verbally have had a goal for all 4 new signings, but 3/4 isn’t too bad. We will need to be better against the better sides as it seemed the lads were a bit short on fitness. Travis was fantastic, Carter was great but never feel safe with Pears between the sticks.
