I’ll never support Hyam after his comments last year. For me he’s cut from the same cloth as Duffy.

How we can run Dolan out there over Cantwell is mind boggling. Unless you get credit for needless step overs and 360 turns, Dolan should never start over him.

Will immediately improve the back line.

Travis is a problem too. Frequently giving the ball away, only seems to complete passes that are backwards or sideways. But we don’t have any alternatives in CM. Buckley isn’t any better as he processes the game too slow

After the break we have to line up: Ohashi siggy. TC. Duberry/JRC Travis. Trondstad beck. Batth. Carter. JRC/Brittain Toth( but it will be pears)

The problem with Gueye up front is he’s not a great finisher. He can hold up for others, but those others are Hedges, Dolan and Weiman who aren’t exactly goal scorers either.

Travis really is poor in possession. He seems to start each new campaign well then quickly fades into total shite. Gives the ball away far too often

Our general lack of pace is glaring.

Ohashi needs to go back to the role of super sub. gueye’s physical presence and hold up is needed against the likes of Coventry. Our starting three in the middle were man handled in the first half. Could get a loose ball, could make a pass, couldn’t win the ball.

At least we got a head start on the relegation battle
