  1. Leonard is twice the player of Gally. Getting his wages off the books likely worth more than we’d get in a transfer fee
  2. I said even if it’s not his direct responsibility, he’s going to be viewed at fault. If I hair a contractor to build a home and he hires a bloke that doesn’t pound nails in the wall. I blame the contractor even though the nails in the boards aren’t his direct responsibility. After the Obrian saga he should have seen the business was completed. Say what you want it’s his reputation that take the hit.
  3. It may not have been his direct responsibility but after the previous January he should have micro managed the completion of the deal. You simply cannot have that happen on your watch again.
  4. Can’t be a surprise for GB to go. Should have immediately been sacked after the McGuire debacle, probably should have been after the O’Brian and Brierley failures if we’re being fair. Not sure he’s to blame for it, but any owners who pay attention would have sacked him then. The only surprise is Waggot remains. A competent organization would have sacked the whole lot and started fresh. Unfortunately as long as Venkys are around competently ownership will remain illusive.
  5. Oversee the bundling of transfer day deals?
  6. Depending on wages wouldn’t be a terrible deal. He’s better than Buckley/Moran/Garrett who all got lots on minutes in the middle
  7. I know JDT is gone but I’d much rather be handing him a £20 m+ million transfer budget than Eustace. Not like anyone’s getting that sort of funding but if they were.
  8. There was a time we weee told we had to create our own transfer budget. Since then £26 million in transfer fees + Szmodics fee will have been received. We should have £20 million + to spend. We will be lucky to get £2.6
  9. Better than Gally I’m willing to bet
  10. Posh jobs like that are few and far in between.
  11. There’s 0 chance that moneys available
  12. After Adam left JDT was our best player on the pitch.
  13. Sammy is gone in the summer to keep the grass growing at Ewood. No moneys available so what are we looking at for a starting XI? Pears/Leo brittian Hyam Carter Pickering JRC/Travis Trondstad/Buckley Dolan Siggy Hedges Leonard
  14. His way of forcing himself out I guess
  15. The 2 most likely to happen I fear
  16. If we stay up its job well done! Goal from the CEO was stay up and play the youth. The youth is playing for palace and we stay up by the skin of our teeth. Go down and it’s oh so close to the goal, secured 50 points should be safe…we’ll bounce right back. Sad state really
  17. Sure but had we pushed on and gotten a winner we’d be safe. I think it speaks to the current beliefs or lack there of in the club. Play not to lose cs playing to win.
  18. Was thinking the same. If you can’t keep a clean sheet with a back 4 up a man you don’t deserve to stay up. Make a positive change and get all 3. Days everything about the mentality of the club and the manager.
  19. I was thinking the same. I said this in the first month, Leonard is miles better than Gally and that’s not an endorsement of Leonard.
  20. Absolutely toothless in attack. We deserved nothing more than a draw. Set up for a draw with 5 at the back, made no positive suns when we went up a man and as long as we run Gally out there leading our line we will continue to struggle to score. The only positive is we didn’t score on ourselves
  21. Gally is such a poor footballer. Can’t read a play from the wing. Never seems to pick the right run, when he goes for an airial he bumbles into the player, or he just lets players 1/2 his size push him
  22. When you’re a threat to kick it in your own goal from a pass back a man up doesn’t calm the nerves.
  23. Gally, with a terrible touch. Looking like we will need a clean sheet to get a point. Not holding my breath for that
