Between him and Hyam there. One is holding the line the other dropping deep. For me Hyam has the position to see Phillips holding higher and has to stop drifting towards his own goal.

Great first half, tainted by the late goal. Midfield should have been tighter but Shyam also dropped behind Phillips to keep Watmore on. Got to come out sharp and get the next goal.

Dack on the score sheet for the 21s already today. Hirst should be playing there, not Dack. He must be fuming that he's relegated to the 21s while donkeys play ahead of him on the first team.

As poorly as we played, had we won we’d have been joint top of the table and had the best start since the last time we won promotion to the premier league. As frustrating as these performances have been, there has been some quality too. I think that’s what makes these performances so agitating.

We were playing with 9 to start the way Szmodics and Hirst played.

We set up with 5 in the back 2 holding midfields and sat back against might fucking Wigan. We deserved to lose with that mentality.
