  1. Minimum we should expect in an amateur game.
  2. Or maybe a striker who could score 15-20 goals (we have FIVE fecking FIVE of which just 3 of them cost a MINIMUM of £16 million) if only we had some money to spend.
  3. Back after a ban! Massive opportunity missed last night, to not be beating Charlton, Luton, Huddersield and Wigan at home is poor and the reason we will not reach the play offs this season, unless we strengthen in January. Williams - the guy is a total liability, his passing is amateurish at best. Wigan's game plan was obvious, close us down at every opportunity, sit back and try and hit on the break and it nearly worked for them, we didn't react to it mentaly or tactically. When we play a team like them and the others mentioned above, this is when we miss a game changer, someone who can pick out a pass and create from nothing. Playing with no wingers is still a real concern for me, and if we are going to try and play out from the back we need another centre half who can do so, in addition to Tosin. Not attended, watched highlights or listened to a game for a few months to be honest, this was the first one, and it felt like nothing had changed since I last watched the team (although before anyone shouts, yes I realise they have been on a good run, just typical of them to put in a performance like that). As a side note, online it showed the JW upper as more or less completely sold out, however there were still some gaps, what's all that about? Did people just not turn up, or where they all down in the concourse? nearly 19k still a good crowd mind.
  4. All 3 proper defenders we have are 1 yellow away from a suspension. Imagine they all got a yellow.
  5. The blackburn end could barely get out a "barmy army" never mind creating a hostile atmosphere towards the manager and running of the club.
  6. And the fans who dont think that are fed up of it all after going on for a decade of fucking shite, lies, corruption, jolly boys jobs and have given up, the owners have won its that simple.
  7. Didnt bother going, watching or listening to the game, went to work instead. Lost much interest in it, also pisses me off a lot less. Coming home and just looking at the score and thinking "yep all very predictable" and then turning over is far easier than watching it and being constantly pissed off for 105 minutes and then spoiling the rest of the weekend. Wont even bother with highlights. Will keep it that way until hes left.
  8. It would depend on where we where. If mowbray is still here, with his team still looking weak as piss, i doubt wed sell more than 16-18k home tickets.
  9. He never seems to perform when he starts games unfortunately. However maybe he needs a run, like travis got (by default) last season. I am still astounded by mowbray dropping travis for evans for the preston game. That was one of the worst managerial decisions i have ever seen, it really was ridiculous.
  10. Greg Lawrenson he's called.
  11. The bit about being 18th and then saying it was his remit is worrying, what so after all the money they had spent that summer they were happy with around 18th place, wtf! Considering we were 12th when he took over and not far off the play offs.
  12. Yes hes a big rovers fan is, Gregg.
  13. Good a big smack in the face for the oversized gremlin. His face reminds me of someome whos taking the piss on facejacker. Its probably suhail pasha in a fat suit with a mask on.
  14. Its not happened under mowbray, im 99% confident of that.
  15. Really struggling with why armstrong is starting every week, such a poor player. But oh yes, thats why, we have zero fucking wingers, have we, Tony! Another fuck up by you just like with the back 4. Pissing millions on brereton, armstrong and gallagher. Then again there is a lovely little winger called chapman, but you dont like him do you, id probably hazard a guess as to why, id say he loves to attack, loves to create, but isnt great at tracking back, becuase you need that due to shoehorning in the woefull bennett every week, joker. Oh well we can always play all available strikers on the wings, eh Tony.
  16. Unless he swallows his pride and goes back to dack and graham then this will be another defeat. Although to be fair if he does they will need a hat trick each to win the game, with the state of the defence. All issues of which he was aware of but decided not to rectify.
  17. Dissapointed with the world cup loss, then realised i support this shower of shit, and will be in for another dissapointmemt this afternoon, FFS.
  18. They've not played since, but their next home game will have the same offer. QPR was 10,285 with 350 away fans, so 9935 home fans. The game before they played QPR, without the offer, they had 11,590 on against Sheff Weds, that was a midweek game, sheff weds had 2100 on, so 9490 home fans. Then there game with Derby 16,326 on with 2500 Derby fans, so 13,826 home fans. So the lowest amount of home fans in last 3 games was 9490, with highest being 13,826 when the offer was on, so an increas over just over 45% in terms of home fans.
  19. 10,285 on at home to QPR, week later against Derby with reduced prices 16,326, just under an increase of 60%.
  20. Exactly, it's not about ability, it's about whether you're the right character, hence Bennett playing every week.
  21. "Excellent initiative" christ. Do you get this excited when gala bingo put on an offer, shit a brick. There will be little take up thats for sure, not sure of your motive here, youve all of a sudden jumped on every thread with pro-excitment, its strange to say the least. Your preston connection probably confirms your motive, but thanks for trying.
  22. Whats the point, the club treat us with contempt, and couldnt care less. Nobody can be assed anymore, weve tried for 9 years now, most have given up and dont go anymore.
  23. All a bunch of ass lickers, they can all get fucked. Mowbray has proved he isnt a man of his word, by not stepping down.
  24. I was at the fans forum meeting 18 or so months ago, and i still remember the words to this day, mowbray said "listen if things arent going well and results are bad like they have been in the past, i wont stay around ill go and give someone else a chance, i keep my word"
  25. No disrespect to the fella, but i couldnt give a shite what he says. People on here treat him like hes the font of all knowledge, hes a standard football fan, with no more knowledge or experience in the game than me or you, who for some reason gets touted about like he has lots of contacts.
