I think it's more of a case of: Do we have ambition of promotion, if no sell him now whilst his stock is high. If yes keep and fund us with 5-6 quality players and push for promotion.

I agree with you, feel like we already have 3 loans. Now need to back it with 4-5 perms. For some reason I feel optimistic about this season. Upgrade on Pears, 2 new wingers, new LB and a new CM and I think we are flying. Losing Szmodics we need another replacement.

Buzzing for today, not sure why I feel so positive going into the season as we do have an extremely limited manager, relegation candidate squad and the worst owners and CEO. But actually very excited.
