I can’t see the logic behind appointing Boateng as manager. He’s 49 and only managed a Malaysian team for the 2014-2015 season. It would certainly raise eyebrows and put Waggott & Pasha back in the spotlight. I’m hoping it’s just agent talk.

I’ve had a look at Rob Edwards stats whilst at Luton in the Championship. He took over in November 2022 and gained promotion in May 2023. During that time Luton won 14 games, drawn 2 and lost 8. On return to the Championship this season he won 7 games, drawn 4 and lost 14. In total he’s won 21, drawn 6 and lost 22 out of possible 49 games, which gives him a win percentage of 42.85%
