This isnt a problem if you have proper conditioning coaches, actually played him consistently for a run of games and tell him he's got the shirt. He's by far our best right back and he may develop into a centre half....I just cant help thinking he should be a lot further on and Mowbray has hindered his overall development, at the same time depriving the club of its investment returns. He really is a shite manager

He's our player, hes 22 now so he needs throwing in to see...maybe the cup game away at Brum that type of game....I just feel that he could be another o'Connell and tony has been wrong about young lads
