His presence and ability to dominate his box is down to his lack of height. He must have been kicking a ball every day for the last 15 years, he flaps on the floor under pressure and his goal kicking from the floor and out of his hands is league 2 standard. How long do we give him?

I'd say Smallwood is on 5k per week here, probably got his money doubled when he signed from Donny...the Donny midfield are on 2.5k per week. I bet Conway is on around 10k as he's been here a long time and probably was on more at some point.
