Loved the pace we had in our side yesterday. Rothwell, Dolan, Armstrong and even Brereton can motor once he gets going. On the break we will cause a lot of teams big problems. I am confused at how Wycombe set up against us though. We all expected the typical park the bus which we tend to struggle with. Exactly, look at the fees Brentford hold out for an eventually get. Why let AA go for 10 mil this season when if he scores 20+ goals he would be worth double or even triple that when you consider the fees the likes of Watkins have attracted. Dack is getting older so his value will eventually start to subside, so at one point we will have to consider selling him if we want value, either that or he helps get us promoted.

He must be brimming with confidence after last season and his start to this one so far. Especially when you consider that his Championship stats were not that great when loaned out previously. Starting to really come on now and although he still has a few faults, if he continues to bang them in at the rate he is now, and we then get Dack to help on that front, we are laughing.

Yup, I agree that Travis is a big loss but we have good numbers there of adequate (not Travis standard quality). Johnson had a great game, as did Rothwell and Holtby. We then have Evans, Davenport, JRC, Bennett, and even Dack has to feature somewhere when he gets back. At LB, we have Bell. Followed by one of our CBs, JRC (out of position) and then Bennett.(out of position). Sorting CM would come after LB for me.

Something I actually agree with you on. You only shared what you were told from somebody else. Not over a LB in my opinion - we have plenty of options there. We have one LB and a young kid as backup followed by EB.

Early on in their match thread when he assisted and then scored, they had a brief argument about it. Some cant believe they let him go and others are staunchly trying to convince themselves that it is our lack of depth, that he wouldnt get in their first team still, and still early days whether they have dropped a bollock or not. Think the latter secretly know they are wrong but are hoping with everything that they have that they are proved right. I also shared a few links in this thread last week.
