There are cables you can get that will connect an iPod to a stereo. I use an iTrip at home to send music all around the house and it works very very well. Put it on 103.5FM if you are every driving round Fernhurst Farm to see if you can hear! I also have an iTalk for those vital interviews with MGP Again it all works very well. -
Use the drop-down at the bottom of the page Phillip Aah I see Ste beat me to it. BTW, surely I should be member number 1??

yes Now he says! I've gone and bought a ticket now! 316706[/snapback] I was just about to lambast the poster for the above comment, when I spotted who made it

The Darwen End ticket office will be open tomorrow evening for tickets for the Darwen End and the Jack Walker End, so if you want to avoid the inevitable queues at the Blackburn End ticket office, use t'other one! Alternatively, book via the internet now and collect your tickets on the day!

People in Belgium tend to be a little quick off the mark. I'm certainly not aware of a game in Belgium on that date, from what I've heard there's probably a game over here the day before (saturday) which would certainly cast some doubt over a game the following day in Belgium But you never know it is still early days and plans can always change as invites to play come into the club. -
I was with TP this afternoon, confirmed players so far (off the top of Parkes' head)... Flowers, Mimms, Hendry, Pearce, Atkins, Sherwood, Wilcox, Ripley, Newell, Shearer, Speedie, Garner. Duff and Dunn will be there but aren't likely to play. Kenna can't as he's got Derby play-offs and Sutton can't because Celtic have the Scottish FA Cup final. Forgot to add, the Tony Parkes XI will be managed by Dalglish

Morten told me this morning that he would have taken the penalties on Wednesday night. Fine by me.
-
Actually, there appears to be a lot less. Obviously none of the Sundays are present.

That sounds just like St James' Park or White Hart Lane! As has been mentioned, the press box is in the top tier of the JW Stand, behind where the directors sit. An excellent view. BTW: As far as I know, there was only one member of the written press who was at the press conference today (for the Palace) game, who was at the game at the Millennium Stadium on Saturday. And that was Andy Neild of the LET. The FA have until 6pm tonight to notify us of any charges against Andy Todd.

not to bad then looks like we'll get 17000 err, you asked how many we think we'll take, to which I replied 16,500. We haven't sold that figure, we've sold about a thousand less! -

Here's the full story that I ran on Sunday: http://www.rovers.premiumtv.co.uk/page/New...~650563,00.html -
There is no rule, it is down to the clubs to set their own rules. Rovers will be changing home and away kits every season from now on, others do too, Middlesbrough for one, off the top of my head. See the customer charter

I don't see how the club could have done anything different. As you can see Arsenal have sold out and they will now be given the whole West Stand so if we had already sold those tickets against the specific instructions of the FA we could have been in line for all kinds of punishment. Only if they request them from the FA, but Arsenal selling out is good news as it means more moolah for the club.
-
Extra trains for Cardiff, why it has taken them this long, god only knows!

There's a thread on the official messageboard about who will take the penalties should it get that far. The contrast between the two messageboards is quite great. Maybe its the optimism of youth verses the synicism of experience? As for stories in the LET, Andy Neild speaks to John Willliams every day and he gets chapter and verse about the ticket situation. We can't dictate what the LET chooses to run in the paper.

Can I explode a few myths that are doing the rounds on various websites. Firstly, Rovers fans have tickets in the BT Stand East and the North Stand, the capactity for these two areas is 20,000. All £25 and £35 tickets for these areas have been sold. As we have sold nowhere near 20000 tickets, it is almost certain that the West Stand area will not be available for Rovers to sell to fans and will be empty. Indeed, if Arsenal get a rush on tickets, they could ask the FA for those seats. Had we been playing Man Utd or Newcastle, they'd have almost certainly been snapped up by the other club.
-
I've now been informed that there are a sizeable number waiting to be processed, so it is probably correct to assume that the 8000 figure is nearer the mark
-
"about 5000" was the reply when I asked someone who would know this morning.
