If we wanted a big young centre half, then Cameron Carter Vickers is available from Spurs. Played 30 games on loan at Swansea last season and has had previous spells at this level. Likely to be cheap I’d of thought. That’s if Mowbray has heard of him.

Gallagher will be a decent enough signing at this level, he’s played this league and has done ok overall. If the budget is small then there’s not much better out there than him realistically. It’s time he left Southampton and settled somewhere where he will play and possibly thrive.

Mowbray starting to grate on me now with his comments. I’m finding the window very boring and predictable, hope something changes. We could do without a negative start to the season.
