I’ve got to go with Rovers. Two more signings through the door (not that they will provide immediate help) who should eventually boost the club. Defending looking good, Rovers, 2; Sarge 🇺🇸 , 1.

As a Texan American, I enjoy seeing other Americans perform well, just not against Rovers. 😄

Resounding win at Hull. But, just three points from three games. I have to believe Rovers get points from this one. Our 7 transfers are starting to gel, VI appears a capable man on the touchline. 2-1, Rovers get a winner from… Henriksson!!

Agreed. Seven transfers in a brief period of time, now, we are starting to see some good fruit. It’s still early, but I don’t see the team stink it up this season or get relegated. Perhaps hold down its current place on the table. Maybe better. Let’s see what happens when the waves of injuries hit- it always happens.

I want to believe, all the new lads, just needed time to gel, get used to one another. But, this is Hull. Still, I will celebrate… not many 3-0 games in the course of a season! 🎉 🍺

No Travis; Moussa is in, but will he be active/game ready? We ought to get a point, but I am already bracing up, in case of a disappointment.

Predictions: - Hull scores first, & last; - wins will be few & far between this season; - Rovers lose at least 2 more players who transfer out; - the players who replace them, aren’t as good; - this is all before we get our typical 7 or 8 debilitating injuries to 1st teamers.

I have almost no expectations this year, so I will take whatever comes. I was thrilled we got a goal vs birm, so I can enjoy the small successes. I will be thrilled when we get a point, and when/if we win (got to keep our humor!) Even if we’re relegated, I’m Blackburn Rovers blue & white. Venkys, bad coaching, or crummy players on the pitch, won’t change that.

Sorry, we’re above the drop zone, -2 goal difference, while Derby & both Sheffield’s are -4. Were all on 0 points.

Hedges isn’t good enough at this level. I’m afraid Scotty is damaged goods, & we’ve lost other popular players due to injury, that simply weren’t the same afterwards (Dacky comes to mind). Miller, McLoughlin, Ribeiro, & Hyam aren’t a bad back line, but it appears Hyam is on his way out. Dittos in midfield with Tronnie & Travis. It’s a mess, guys. We’re 1 point from the relegation zone now… once we’re hit it, we’re not climbing out. how we go from 7th place, 2 points from playoffs to relegation, Rovers Admin & staff are to be blamed. Only Rovers appear able to get into such as mess as this, in so fast a time.

Depressing stuff. I’d like to think the team rebounds @ Hull, I hope so.

Really poor stuff. Hold a 1-0 lead for 90 minutes, and blow it all to pieces in added time.
