Our reasonably healthy squad, with 9 pts in the last 12, on the road vs a suddenly resurgent team with new manager. If it turns out, this is probably a good test for Rovers. We are in a much better place than we were two months ago, vs Luton. I have high expectations at Stoke.

It seems as if some of you are more hip to see Mowbray sacked than a Rovers win. Give him the season. Superman isn’t out there, waiting for us to hire him. There is no one out there without a job that I would take over Mowbray right now. Anything can happen in sports; last night, my alma mater, Stephen F. Austin, beat #1 Duke at Cameron Indoor in hoops, where Blue Devils had not lost a non-conference game since 2000. Proud Lumberjack (1985 & 1987). Axe ‘em!

If we win, we go top half of the table. That would be interesting; I can’t see the club firing a manager in the top half, and doing much better since he lost two of his best defenders vs QPR for extended periods.
