This embargo situation could be the reason they won't sack him if the resultant pay offs and then recruitment costs are not in the P&S projection.

I am not talking about the filed accounts which are historical facts. The other element is the P&S which includes a projection to June 30th. That is something they hope for and expect / project to happen between now and then. It isn't promotion or gate receipts so.... Sounds like as it stands we are under embargo and this projected income should worm us out of it.

This is wrong. A board member does not need to be a director. An employee can be a board member and often are. He is the owner's representative on the board.... think of it like Balaji sitting on the board by proxy. This sort of misinformation contributes to confusing people.
