Preston, especially in the first half, had fight in them. Rovers did not. They were up for it, dominated the game, earned the win. They could've easily had more. We got a lucky pen that counted for nothing. More than anything.. Just depressing.

I look at teams like Watford, where mediocrity is not accepted by the owners. A short run of poor results and they make a change. Managers hired in on short contacts. It keeps a fire lit under them. No room for complacency.

This game has a similar feel as the Watford match. We'll see large amounts of possession. We'll keep recycling left to right... right to left.
