  1. This is what dutch speaking fans are saying: '4.5 million and they can have him' 'Sounds like a great move for the club but less so for Brian, who really wants to play European.' It doesn't seem likely if both those things are true, not to mention the article the rumor is from's top comment is making fun of the publication for their inaccuracy in reporting with transfer dealing with this very player. 'β€œDe Keersmaecker saw a transfer to FC Midtjylland in January,” nice work again VP.' I seriously doubt it's going to happen now, I'll look into Kapuadi later.
  2. Where are we at with Brian De Keersmaecker? Anyone seen him play outside of those Youtube highlight packages? Probably not... Personally I'm itching for a centre-back and word online seems to be that we're linked with Steve Kapuadi.
  3. This is true, I know it's very surface level insight and it shouldn't matter, but things like this come into play a little.
  4. Every time I post here we seem to lose! I'm sorry Blues!
  5. Wright's never getting selected by the US again so he's trying to ingratiate himself at Coventry by wasting time
  6. I still cant believe they didnt stay the course with Wilder.
  7. Their starting 11 is good so far, and usually at least one of their front three is good enough to score, but their subs are mid and Scarr has lapses of judgement now and then. They also play Palace tomorrow
  8. As a youngster it's weird seeing everyone wear collars, especially that ref's gigantic collar
  9. The salary cap is not RL in the UK's problem, from what I have read it's that most clubs have been poorly run and that without the salary cap things would be much worse. I could also blame the administrative bodies but there's just not enough money to go around because it's a regional code in the NH. I guess you could argue the NRL doesnt do enough internationally. The NRL has even a larger safety net and just as little parity, because the best young players want to play for the best and largest clubs. Even in systems designed for parity like American sports this happens; especially for neutrals, there is still the appeal of watching the best go at it.
  10. For what it's worth, it is generally not thought've as an international sportswashing operation as much as a domestic one. The international interest is mostly due to the younger generations (mostly in Africa, Asia and parts of North America) tending to be player fans and the atrophying of mainland European leagues and is unlikely to be a goal.
  11. I have a feeling all hells gonna break loose in Watford soon
  12. Fiorentina vs West Ham?
  13. Lukaku blocking the equalizer will cement his reputation in the English-speaking world imo.
  14. This ruined one of Bolton's best shirts in years - it looks like a sad plea/demand.
