  1. I sense a Deepdale pasting on Saturday. That was as bad as anything we’ve done under any manager since relegation from the premier league. Gallagher didn’t win a single header, is he the worst striker we’ve ever had at holding the ball up/winning headers? Other than the useless fecker who replaced him.
  2. Probs seen this message board and will do it at 5:04 purely from spite
  3. Your guess is as good as mine, but 5pm is supposedly the time for ‘a statement’
  4. 15 min warning apparently
  5. I can think of a few more messages I’d like to give him
  6. End of the day it’ll remain to be seen if Eustace is a long term appointment. Cold hard facts is he has less experience than JDT, who’s win percentage at rovers was 44%, Eustace’s is 33%. He was sacked with Birmingham 6th after what? 10 games? We were above them 2 games later. Underwhelming and safe appointment on paper, hopefully not another yes man for those hiding in the shadows.
  7. Difference is; all of those players’ transfer funds were reinvested. Coventry have spent nearly £25million this season. Boro have spent circa £10million.
  8. All ifs buts and maybes but I honestly believe if Gregg had signed him O’Brien and a striker we’d be in the premier league now. We were playing the best football in the league back end of last season and just couldn’t stick the ball in the net. No proof of that, just a gut feel. Best finish since 2012 and Tyler Morton/Pears cost us a trip to an FA cup semi final. Let’s not rewrite history due to the clubs incompetency, that’s exactly what they want us to do.
  9. I meant Eustace’s was 33%.
  10. 33% win ratio as a manager I believe.
  11. JDT to Eustace is a downgrade. ‘Happy’ with the appointment purely because it isn’t Stuart McCall. Every day shows show far we’ve fallen. We all know Benson and Lowe will remain.
  12. See my any sort of note comment, think I could get a job over there
  13. Does he appease the fans? We’re in a relegation scrap and they decide to hire someone with no managerial experience of any sort of note?
  14. Is there any info you can share regarding when we will know the rest of it? Is an official club communication coming out?
  15. Grahame Bailey from HITC tweeted it too. Another north eastern based journalist, used to be Boro Gazette.
  16. Hope for his sake he was sacked and hasn’t resigned. He’s owed a pay out from that lot for selling him a dream and then fucking him over 4 windows on the trot.
  17. They remembered to press submit (🤣🤣🤣🤣) on the 21 year old from Liverpool; then ‘forgot’ on the signing that the ‘board’ had blocked 24 hours prior, then miraculously remembered on the 30 odd year old signing a 4 month contract? Got it!
  18. They’re laughing at you
  19. Smoke and mirrors, it wasn’t submitted because it was never going to be. We don’t spend the money we make, so why bother ‘making’ any? May as well have kept Adam because that performance last Saturday is exactly what a Rovers team without him looks like. We used to be exciting but shite now we’re boring and shite.
  20. Early goal conceded in this could turn it into an interesting afternoon for Wa I mean Maggott, don’t see us beating anyone at the moment so will say 2-1 to Stoke.
  21. I heard from someone at the club that the rumours they’ve heard (so very Chinese whispers I know) is that the fleck paperwork was completed AFTER the McGuire paperwork, hence the announcement being after. Coincidentally of course; they remembered to submit the free transfer for 3 months paperwork without once thinking.
  22. This transfer of McGuire was 100% cocked up on purpose. Call me a pessimist, a conspiracy theorist, whatever. Every sale that requires money being spent gets fucked about for months. O’riordan took all month to sort and it was £500k. Funny how there’s never any paperwork ‘issues’ on outgoings. Ennis’ 11th hour move went through just fine…
  23. Like Glen said I’d focus on making it personal. Focus on lies, corruption, dishonesty, integrity, hit them where it hurts, right in their pride.
  24. Ayari is of similar ‘qualities’, albeit not the same level. The club he works for has earned £30million in transfer revenue and spent £1million of it. He’s ambitious and finished in our highest championship position since relegation last year. A normal functioning club would’ve packed someone who is clearly a very good first team coach. We have refused to, and come summer it will back to loans and freebies and a ‘do something with that lot’ job.
