  1. the new age discrimination laws say that you're going to jail for that comment
  2. Do you mean the Portuguese referee thats been suspended from reffing in portugal?
  3. Sod Crouch's goal last night - this was beautiful
  4. maybe they have other things on a thursday that they dont on a saturday? Maybe they live far enough away that travelling on a weekend's alright, but have considerable problems on a weeknight.
  5. What not to wear's on tonight? Cool. Im out tonight, Id rather be at Ewood, but ive got more important things to do. Sorry
  6. re the Guardian - I sent a snotty Email to the editor (dont expect anything like a reply) - pointing out the Salzburg trip, the distance and also the fact that Away fans are now treated little better than scum at most grounds. Theno, that live showing of away games at the ground is a great idea
  7. If you fall, supposedly the gradient's steeper and your more likely to cause an avalanche effect. Than falling over would on a terrace. The argument should be - Theres terracing in championship and lower league grounds, people dont die, or are you suggesting that premiership fans are too dense to stand up for a period of time. Good stewarding and crowd control prevents injuries, not the watching position. Me Id prefer to sit but i quite like standing at some games. It means if theres an irritating racist tit stood near you, you can move away and point him out ot the coppers
  8. is that if I cant find my boots?
  9. Spoonfed glory? Can I be so bold to go for ManUre and Chelsea? At least Arsenal worked at it and Liverpool seem to have achieved recently despite themselves
  10. but surely UEFA could relax the rules for us, knowing what dreadful record we have in Europe surely they recognise our fans need for alcohol to stop the pain of another dismal european night of football
  11. those Xbox games dont buy themselves you know
  12. Another few reasons which all add up (the cant be arsed reason's a big one) Is the reduction in disposable income over the past few years. The rise in petrol prices, gas and electricity and the increase in interest rates have all meant that I have other priorities to spend my money on before I think about going to the Rovers. Is my excuse and not because I just cant be bothered anymore
  13. Really? Whats he done since 1996 to warrant this "good" tag?
  14. shush he's a Palace fan, he thinks Terry Venables is a good manager
  15. Thanks for that Abbey Mk2 - lose the caps please. Rovers lose 2-0 OOOOOOOOOijer 2 OG's
  16. Its disgusting someone has actually bothered their arse to put together the monatage of the rovers goals as no one in this country had deigned to show them in any shape of form so that Rovers fans could watch them. Shame on you
  17. one of them I know has serious cerebal palsy - which means he's completly wheelchair bound. Im not having a go, just pointing out that Rovers do make every effort to allow disabled people to see the game. Me I have no excuse not to go to games other than laziness and skintness
  18. Other people manage to get to the games with disabilities
  19. click on the Live Chat button - just above My controls
  20. Freakin Out by Graham Coxon
  21. just dont do it again and make sure youve anti spywared
  22. Was it via Rovers world? or Radio Lancashire?
  23. Oh god no - the Motorway network round brum's barely coping as it is - it'd be right stuffed if you stuck a 100,000 seater stadium by the M42. Its bad enough when the NEC's got something on. Still, anyone else think this is another "Spurs nearly signs...." storey?
  24. And RAFRover has seen him drinking in his local - and took some photos of him - chickened out from going over and thanking him and asking after his wife's health. Coward
