  1. I hope they're actually halved (or quartered if we're being technical) this year.
  2. Coming from the bloke that's lived in Lancashire for the last 30 years, but never lost his Scottish accent.
  3. To be fair I'd be professional enough to have had a conversation with him letting him know that no new contract was coming. Of course if I was in charge he'd have been sacked during last year's death spiral, so he's lucky the Venkys are so hands off.
  4. Literally everyone around me in the JW Stand wants him gone - but do carry on.
  5. I've always been under the impression that Mrs Mowbray encourages Tony to take these jobs that are far away...
  6. The announcer at Birmingham is having a 'mare "All supporters please leave the field of play immediately". Repeated every 20 seconds over the tannoy. LOL
  7. Agree to disagree - they're not halved (or quartered I guess).
  8. Looks like the Birmingham fans have got bored of protesting and are now fronting up to the away support. Morons.
  9. I thought we'd already written him off after 10 minutes over 5 sub appearances?
  10. Rovers comms giving it the big build up for the offseason. I'd hate to have to professionally drink the Kool-Aid like this.
  11. Brown has been left for dead twice - he has no pace, unfortunately.
  12. He's not a Championship LB (or LWB) either.
  13. No, they're saddos watching Britain's Got X Factor Gogglebox with their takeaway.
  14. My money is irrelevant - it's already been explained in this thread that the £20m they write off every season is pennies to them. My £400 doesn't even register.
  15. He's 40 and retiring this year. Judging by his cameo last night he'd struggle to get in my weekly Weds night game - he can barely move.
  16. They've bullied MK off the part tonight. The Dons are far more talented.
  17. Serious question then - why do they bother? It's a business they have no interest in that loses them circa £20m a year, every year. Why the hell haven't they sold it?!
  18. He really is a legend in his own lunchtime. I wish I had his apparently bullet proof self confidence.
  19. I don't see why that's a problem - I've struggled going to Ewood every week to watch a Mowbray led side, and I'm not one of the 10k that has already walked away so I'm made of pretty stern stuff.
  20. The club NOW has a very small engaged fan base due to a decade of mismanagement. Why exacerbate that by bringing in a 'known' name over a competent manager?
  21. He'd fit our current system (well the back 3 we've just dropped) much better than the 4-3-3. Ask him to he an athlete up and down the flank - something Pickering struggles with. Granted his final ball is still mostly shocking.
