Neither am I. I was reading this article about "Loudness Wars" the other week and it seems that it's quite common to find you've paid for a badly produced album. My son is into the Red Hot Chili Peppers and it seems they are one of the worst offenders. RHCP on Hydrogenaudio Loudness War.

I bought this and their last album The Back Room too. They're both great albums, just a pity about the compression on the new album causing some distortion in playback. I wish they wouldn't keep doing that when they record cd's. I've noticed the same with some Oasis albums too.

Bryan, if you can't be bothered just go along with the line that the goverment throws out for you. It really is sad that some people just can't be bothered to think for themselves and just seem to drift along toeing the line.

Bryan, have you looked yet? There's plenty of info out there and plenty of people asking why the sun isn't being considered as a cause of global warming, especially as scientists are saying that the sun is more active now than it has been for years.
