  1. I did, but by all accounts the bird he did who is in the papers aint exactly in Cheryl's league!
  2. Good god this guy is bad. VERY BAD. Today summed him up , lazy and ######.
  3. Emerton-Partly agree. Dunn- Completely agree, he's poor on the wing and has been anywhere else in midfield since October . In my opinion he is fat , he's far to slow. Cruz- A bigger version of dickov He's class. End of .
  4. Jesus christ , were you watching the same game today. Cruz was good, never stopped running etc. McArthy played well , hes been poor for a few weeks today but it looked today as if Hughes may have had an affect on him. His general play today was better than that of past weeks, he looked brighter and more "Alive".
  5. :!: :!: :!: :!: WHAT . He was @#/? fella, he did two good things, one was his touch and the shot at the darwen end, the other was a nice ball into the box. Apart from that he was @#/? , his touch was awful at times, on numerous occasions he put the ball out of play on the line through ###### touches and control. He really isn't playing good enough, and i thought it summed him and his personality up when he walked down the tunnel when subbed. A spell on the bench obviously hasnt been effective, i say shove him in the reserves for a few weeks and play Keith Treacy, people are saying he's a clone of D Duff and i think we/he should give him a chance now.
  6. Good god this guys @#/?. He shows no desire what so ever , he some's up a modern footballer , who doesn't give a ###### about BRFC, only about his bank balance. His play is so poor now, crosses are @#/?, pass is @#/?, touch has gone poor, control is @#/? etc.
  7. Hes Irish, no chance that hell come either. The guys a prick anyway
  8. oh great big fat barwick is leading the search for the new man.
  9. Oh yes. What a trip that was Ahhhhhhh good times :rover: :rover:
  10. @WB Do you have any footage of old blackburn v burnley games, would be a great watch?
  11. Great Harwood are in League 1 !!! I renamed bradford on a new patch , started in league 2. Finances are top notch, balance was 3m in league 2 and as a result i asked my board for extra funds, they give me 1.5m  But i looked a mk dons and they had 3m Got promoted, sitting 4th in league 1 now. Got Dj Campblell, Eddie Johnson(United on , plays for bradford irl.) also got that Cid from Bolton Cant wait for the new one now, first thing im doiing is putting harwood in conferrance north and gonna take them up the leagues. Will pick a team with decent finances with no loans, and good rep. Lower league management for me is much more rewarding than playing as a prem side, so good when you get a really good player for 10k or somthing silly. Football Manager = Best Game Ever.
  12. Was at school, (Please don't use that word again) me was i nervous. Sat in drama, at the back of the room with a Rovers mate, didnt say a word and was literrally shaking with being so nervous. My school is half and half with rovers and @#/?s, so if we'd have lost i would of got so much ######!! Got on the bus which has no dingles on , started No Nay Never up , the year 7's didnt have a clue  Then to the match, what a atmosphere, and like mentioned, when we scored the 2nd we just went berserk absouletley mental, i would love to have the CCTV footage of the whole stadium when that went in would be ace.
  13. Superb. Never seen him play , im young, such a talent.
  14. Paul Astley, great bloke. Went to Feyenoord and Leverkusen with him, sound guy.
  15. You see, it's all fake. Straw's latter-day devotions, the three-sided stadium, the arriviste fans... it’s a puffball of a set-up, inflated only by the continual pumping in of hard cash from a deceased man's moribund manufacturing empire. Take comfort, dear reader, in the knowledge that one day we will have back the Blackburn Rovers we used to hate far less: small but well organised and well managed, a team that was always more than the sum of its parts, always gutsy and committed. Which brings us to Stan Ternent's Burnley. Look, I've waffled on for ages, and though I didn't want to talk about football I'm going to have to. Just for a minute. Towards the end of a shamefully one-sided second half, with their team five goals to the good and threatening to score with every attack, the Blackburn fans sang, with an air of disbelief and joy, "We've beaten the @#/?s 5-0". And, in a way, I derived a flake of comfort from this. They had perceived us to be a threat. They expected this result even less than us. Funny in so many ways.
  16. Few more 90 min under his belt and i think Dave will be back to his best when he was challenging for a england place. Hes been ace so far this season, looks very fit. Even in the 89th min he still had the energy to drive the ball up. Ill admit , i was very sceptical when he signed and by the way he played last season, but ill have to eat my hat on this one, he's been superb so far
