I don't look forward to our games at the moment. Our midfield just does not work and we are too easy to play against. Sad thing is that it is likely to continue for the next few weeks. We are lacking energy and power mainly down to the injuries we have.

The reason Gray came off was because he clearly was not (match) fit.

Whilst the Mirror have got some transfer rumours wrong before why would they say Savage is out for a month. We certainly would not comment on it until his injury settles down - probably will find out tomorrow at the pre-match press conference. If he is out for a month we are screwed.

Hughes has a lot of credibility in my view. The chubby, arrogant kn*b that is Toshack publicly slated Hughes et al during his era. No need at all for those comments at this stage. He is one of our best defenders so you would not drop him. Savage or Brad should be captain. Silly Lucas, shows a lack of respect.
