Blackpool are in the similar league position as last season. Sunderland seems a poison chalice of a club. And not their current owner Stewart Donald wants to sell the club now. The owners have backed Mowbray and his plans. He has alot of credit with the owners and they seems a very high level of trust between them. Yes I would agree that Mowbray's recruitment at times has been poor. We are right back and centre back short in the squad as I said in the summer after the window chose. I have said several times that I wouldn't have signed Gallagher this summer. I said where I would have spent the money and that would have been on the defence. Grayson time at Bradford was poor. I'm not sure his time at Blackpool is exactly good. Spoke to couple of Blackpool fans recently and they aren't convince he will take them up. Some of his signings haven't worked out but they are happy to give him the season and judge then

Travis hasn't played right back in over 2 years and NEVER at first team level. He is a centre midfielder not a full back. Nyambe and Williams are supposedly injured according to Mowbray post match comments. I hope Evans is fit so he can play centre mid with Travis. A partnership that has produced the best results for us

We have only 2 fit centre backs for Forest game, Nyambe, Williams are injured I believe. So we have no fit back up centre back or right back. That's a priority for me. Graham only touch the ball 7 times against Huddersfield. I would start Gallagher and Brereton against Forest and tell them to produce the same performance as they did against Brentford

Jones recruitment at Stoke was bizarre for me. Grayson recent jobs have been failed and at Sunderland he was awful. He did signed Jason Steele for them

Been my point for months on Gallagher that we don't created any chances for him, when we did he produced 3 goals for us. (2 goals and own goal). The service to him is appalling most of the time. Sadly people expect him to play like Graham type but he aint that type of striker. very good post Pete

I think we can go and win at Forest. They have been on a poor run and was also beaten by Huddersfield recently/. I don't know how we line up tbh cos I don't know who is fit or is injured But I would start Brereton in this game. Play him up front with Gallagher

Grayson was awful at Sunderland and he isn't at the best time at Blackpool currently. Nathan Jones. Was excellent at Luton. Played some excellent football. at Stoke, his recruitment of players were all over the place. At Stoke he bought players and then played like Vokes, Smith or keeper Davies. Plus he was changing formations every single week. Was the job there too big for him? maybe so. Jack Ross. Awful at Sunderland and couldn't get them promotion despite spending millions after millions. and that's at lower league. and Rev, you need to get realistic and none of those are going to come anywhere near our club or we could even afford their wages and backroom staff. My current view has changed from wanting a change of manager to allow Mowbray the season and review his position at the end of the season. Yes we have some players out of contract in the summer but it gives the manager a chance to rebuild the squad. Tho I don't think Bennett is out of contract

He knows Steve Cooper from their England youth days so its very sensible for Brewster to join a manager he knows. We might have been interested in him but Leeds were interested in him

Matt93, County cricket isn't producing the quality test match cricket quality players. and hasn't a few years. if Root isn't captain who take over? Stokes, Buttler don't want it.

I feel that we couldn't cope with their player O'Brien in centre midfield didn't make a mistake when he was on Exactly. We don't created anything in terms of clear cut goal scoring opportunities like others.
