  1. mentioned it over the last few weeks but you ignore it well I suggested you look at Paul Mani who says I've mention it long before he did. Plus roversfan99 back that up aswell. Well we don't know if your way of play would benefit or actually make us worse results wise. We simply don't know.
  2. Cos Mani is right tho. I did commented on our Wide player not playing wide and our full backs for weeks now
  3. why would you criticise something that has us so close to the playoffs. our wide players don't play wide but more inside in the 10 role with our full backs providing the width. Rothwell on Saturday spend more time in the 10 space than he did wide. Did Samuel play wide or did he play more inside. We try for Astu who you didn't want Lambert wanted rid Rhodes. He got Graham in as his replacement so that's was an upgrade for me. Hanley and Duffy wanted out of the club. Both now playing PL football. Marshall wanted out of Rovers. now at 10th English division level. Gestede wanted PL football. Joined Villa but his career never kick off. Now at Boro hardly pulling any trees up is he? Also in Bowyer last season here we were under embargo meaning we couldn't sign players on more than 10k a week and no fees allowed. Depends who the players are and the quality of the them. All because we haven't before didn't mean we should do it. No wrong with looking at getting players soon. Rangers agreed a pre contract with Jones in January before he moved there in the summer. Lets hope you are eating that hat
  4. been saying this for ages on here. It isn't Mowbray way of playing. I feel we need a right wide player but after that we have enough players
  5. I'm not sure we will be able to afford Walton. I wouldn't be surprise if we went for Cunningham permanent in the summer, but I also think Rovers will exercise their option to extend Bell's contract. I would be delighted if our back 4 is Nyambe, Lenihan, Tosin and Cunningham next season depends whether there is any PL interest in Adarabioyo have the Bank of India ever asked the overdraft reducing before? And Venkys cover the cost of the deficit doesn't they You mention how can European signings be agreed? pre contract signings. We can agreed deals with players from Europe if they are in the 6 months of their contract.
  6. But still would be on Easter Monday
  7. Bauer isn't better than Tosin. If Bauer wasnt willing to fight for his spot did we really want him?
  8. Good deal for fans and fair play on Rovers for trying something. Playing 3 clubs in top 8.
  9. I wonder if Carter would have played if Lenihan was available and Adarabioyo was unavailable.
  10. Last 4 home games for £69 pounds.
  11. I think he will be sooner than Christmas time. No Knee cast on today when a video was posted on Instagram earlier we have to hope we can get the right players in as early as possible, I would imagine Mowbray is spending his time looking at potential; signings reports and videos now. I disagree on Walton being less quality then Raya. Depends on the terms of the loan deal and what is included in the deal. That's why you buy players that can play the style you want and adapt quickly. I really hope we can get him back.
  12. We need a revamp the squad to get in better quality to push us onto the next step Well then don't accept but its fact. we tried for 2 foreign keepers and we were close but sadly they decide to sign for a club in their home country. If we get the playoffs final you would hope that the budget meeting with the owners happens before the final. Well with us having our new head of European scouting in place you would hope that we finalise our top targets from Europe by April and we enter discussions with the Player's club and agent. I would expect majority of our signings to come from Europe. we need 3/4 defenders in. Hopefully we can get Tosin back for a full season next season and that allow our new centre back time to settle in. We need a first choice left back and a back up right back in to cover for Nyambe. For me, we only need 1 winger. Target man signing? to give us a plan B when plan A isn't working. we will have to agree to disagree on Bell's improvement
  13. You mean Steve Eyre? isn't he at Fleetwood Town now as first team coach under Barton. You spend 6 years at Liverpool if you aren't a good coach. He needs the right staff with him.
  14. Well we know what happened with the keeper situation in the summer. Mowbray discuss this in the summer, around the Brentford home game and at the supporter consultation meeting you attend. I would think that Tosin was a target all summer. Unsure on Cunningham as it was the last couple of days of window. I don't think it healthy or unhealthy situation in all fairness. Looking towards the summer we are looking at making around 6 to 8 signings this summer. Depends on who is sold if anyone which I think Rovers will try to keep all key players. why no appetite? we need around 3 or 4 defenders. 2 centre backs, 1 first choice left back and possible right back depending on Nyambe future and Bennett role within the squad. Then 2 keepers and 1 right winger. Possible target man type if Graham does go. Rovers have a club option to extend Bell contract for 12 months. I would give him this extension after his improvement in performance. Mowbray will be doing his homework on potential signings now so in the summer we are ready to go you would have to think so. Plus with our new European scouting network up and running I would expect majority of our signings to come from Europe.
  15. new ticket offer will be made public soon "We are also trying to encourage more of our match by match supporters to commit to the final four home games by making available a four match bundle, which in effect you pay for Bristol City and Leeds United and get West Bromwich Albion and our final home fixture against Reading free. Prices will be released soon" from the link above
  16. Well defenders did come in tho whether on loan or permanent. Think people including myself expect 4 defensive signings. Would you not agree that Tosin and Cunningham were improvement on the players they replace? Of course we would like permanent signings but didn't happen that way. Going off his comments about summer signings I would hope we make 3 defenders and 2 keepers signings.
  17. But I haven't. Gibson did admitted that he had made some mistakes in the past decade in the article I posted this morning
  18. Pulis wasnt sacked tho by Boro. His contract wasnt renewed after a meeting with the Steve Gibson discuss the future for Boro and the budget. https://www.mfc.co.uk/news/club-statement-tony-pulis
  19. Well I don't know him personal so cant comment. Leave that one for you
  20. Well firstly I've always said we wouldn't be able to afford price wise. I've rated Walton for most of the season and see improve and development in his game. Plus his confidence is much better And I think Gallagher did impress during his loan spell here
  21. Being critical and dislike are 2 different things.
  22. You enjoyed your Premier League lists. I've not interested who these so called experts picking the hall of fame. I will make my own judgement from what I have witness since 1992/93 season.
  23. There should be uproar if he isn't 1st on the list don't need to look at any Premier league players lists tho. But you clearly have. Ive watched all the Premier league years and seen many players so don't need your lists.
  24. But Boro Owner Steve Gibson has backed Woodgate today as the article said I posted. I posted both side of the debate of sacking a manager so show balance so I wasn't accused of being bias. You make a fair points about a new manager having time to assess what he got just in case they do go down. I don't dislike Hughton or McCarthy tho. I criticise Hughton from changing his playing style instead keep it similar to what Wilder has done. I think Potter has Brighton some good football and should be given more time.
  25. My point was the only reason Bigdoggsteel keep going on about Keane cos he Irish. Le Tisser is PL great. Just like Shearer, Cole, Bergkamp, Zola, Cantona and Henry are. I would say Giggs is more of legend than Keane in my opinion
