  1. well Bournemouth played 4-4-2 mostly under Eddie Howe, so that is fact. Brighton are playing different way under Potter and I don't where Dack would fit into their system. Palace need a striker and attacking midfield last summer and got neither. No bid for Dack last summer. Watford spent 40 mil on a foreign winger which when they signed him was strange move for them. Do you think he go overseas like where? seems this your point. I don't see him as Leeds, West Brom or Fulham type of signing either. not when they got better quality in that position. You mention top 10 of this league and looking at the table I only see Cardiff or Sheffield Wednesday where Dack would fit in. I don't see him fitting into Brentford and Forest playing way. Swansea are cutting back money wise and Preston cant afford him. I would suggest you look at Players like Rhodes, Gestede, Marshall, Hanley who all left here thinking the grass was greener on the other side and gone nowhere
  2. Yes the Barnsley game was scabby win but the Brentford and Stoke games was far from Scabby wins. 4 wins in 5 games. I will take any win any way they come. Doesn't fit into Bournemouth formation of 4-4-2, Watford are a mess recruitment wise this past summer, maybe they could be interested in the summer depend who manager is and which league they are in Brighton, don't see where he fit in Potter style or formation. Palace, is he Hodgson type of player? Different manager now and there have Pereria who they are looking to buy for 6 mil pounds. West Brom interested was under Darren Moore and 17 months ago.
  3. Mowbray on targets in January. Priority is keeper, left back and centre back https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/18084865.rovers-transfer-stance-link-liverpool-forward/
  4. We been talking to Dack for months about a new deal. His best football has been under Mowbray and they have a good relationship
  5. Yet again I dont see those clubs being interested. He isnt their type of player. I am fully aware of the runs we have been on Under Mowbray. You dont need to tell me.
  6. I think his best chance of PL football is here with us IMO. Thats my overall point. I dont see any of those clubs being mention being interested in Dack
  7. https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/18061508.mowbray-explains-rovers-keeper-search-raya-exit/ Why have you spoken to Olivia then?
  8. I dont see Dack going anywheee. Mowbray said he wants left back and keeper
  9. Cos I would use the strikers we got. I only see 2 or 3 signings in January.
  10. We dont need a striker in January. Striker position is the least priority we need a signings in. We have 4 strikers. Graham, Gallagher, Armstrong, Brereton. The top priorities is left back and keeper. Then centre back.
  11. I wont be paying it..put us off as family going. Would cost us 115 pounds in total before transport, drink and food cost
  12. Leeds United, Swansea City, Blackburn Rovers and Wigan Athletic are among the clubs who have made contact with Liverpool regarding a loan deal for Rhian Brewster. (Via: The Times) https://t.co/TtIpNU2bJy
  13. REST IN PEACE MR WILLIS. Im in total shock he passed away.
  14. Wasnt it Kevin Hitchcock under Mark Hughes?
  15. Rovers have been trying to get Dack to sign a new contract for months. Make him the highest paid player here. I dont see us selling him in January or next summer(unless he doesnt sign a new contract)?
  16. Just wanted a home game against PL Club non top 4 tho
  17. Same starting 11 as the last 2 games please Mr Mowbray
  18. Mark Robins linked with Birmingham City job to replace Pep Clolet. But here is his response to it https://www.coventrytelegraph.net/sport/football/football-news/mark-robins-birmingham-city-coventry-17346730 Also seen QPR supposedly set to sack Warburton. Replace him with Ainsworth. Dont know how true. Just what Ive read and seen online
  19. I agree. When I used to play football in my younger days I was a keeper. Always caught the ball. Never punch the ball
  20. Looking at most keepers they tend to punch more now then catch it.
  21. I'm not sure that the our Goalkeeper coach is coaching him to punch/flapped at the ball instead of catching it(which I prefer) But something he has been coached from a early age. When you watch the warm ups before the game he is catching the ball from crosses every time so unsure why he punched the ball
  22. Time moved on from Ray Illingworth time in charge as England selector. England picked the best 2 county openers in terms of form and runs in Sibley and Crawley. Look at when Vaughan and Trescothick. Hardly set the world on fire but performed excellent in their time as Enlgand players
