  1. Lovely pass from Montgomery. Dare I say he has a similar confidence to Adam Wharton.
  2. Bring on The Chaos. Swap out Little for Large.
  3. He isn’t owning the box. Toth owns the box. You are not going to save close range headers on your line.
  4. I bet Batth is delighted he is being kept out of the team by Sanderson. And Brereton substituted by Weimann
  5. Beyond my wildest dreams. Momentum and confidence is everything. So glad Ohashi scored. That will help his confidence. Just reward for the travelling Rovers fans
  6. Ball of chaos almost scored. Sometimes a ball of chaos is a good strategy to disrupt the opponent’s defence and force them to rethink.
  7. Some of our movements were excellent, and how great to have accurate crosses from the wing hit a target man. We are still a little hesitant in front of goal, and although we have some very good passing ideas, we don’t seem to weightthe balls perfectly so that we can keep the game flowing Semantic points, what a great result and how good is it that our target man has hit three in two games. Confidence and momentum is a beautiful thing
  8. Lots of reporting of "dramatic comeback."It feels good but I will take a "comprehensive win from start to finish" any day. Helps with my digestion.
  9. Emotions shot to hell. If Oshashi could score he would be dynamite. Never stops running. They played as a team. with purpose in the second half. Belief is everything. Montgomefy staked a claim Out of rhe bottom three with a game in hand.
  10. Maybe Ewould love it if they buggered off Park
  11. Absolutely @RevidgeBlue The manager promised his parents game time as part of keeping him signed on. He is also featuring for England kids. No supporter minds one of their own finding their feet as they develop as long as they give total commitment. What we hate is highly paid journeymen going through the motions.
  12. The manager has kind of thrown Gueye under the bus. Have him as a sub and not sub him as he is not an impact player. A bit like tarmaccing the road and not using a steamroller because a hand tool has more impact. Where are all the academy kids? At least they would run around a bit. I am sure this is heresy but I would have loved him as our manager. https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1GzX1Fc64B/?mibextid=wwXIfr
  13. Coventry more incentive to win if Boro hold onto their lead. Callum Brittain gives away a sillly penalty and George Hirst misses. Then Kipre gives away a comical own goal.
  14. If we get something out of this "I would love it."
  15. Precocious talent. Too much for JDT.
  16. I wonder if Elliot Jackson will crawl under the fence to di his report. Bizarre.
  17. The big issue is that the law is patently poorly written, and by leaving it to a committee, you are leaving it open to a subjective judgment. Two things need to happen in the future. A much more detailed law about abandoned games needs to be written in terms of score, reason, timing, and indeed quality of the pitch. Secondly, we need to fix our pitch.
  18. I have been reflecting on this over a perfect Guinness pour in a Young's pub. I think we had a sell by date on the team. By making the moves we did, we took a risk but I feel good about the replacements. It is the manager's team and model and so we shall see how we progress. I am optimistic. There was a negative drag from some of rhe established players and that has been swept away. Culturally I rhink this is less of a cozy environment but maybe we needed a change on the field and off it. Change is always with us. Players and managers are ambitious. What are your thoughts?
  19. Make no mistake that is an awesome win. Glad to see the new blood contributing to the win.
  20. 800 up and its bails off for the night and Trondstad off in January to Scandinavia.
  21. I am assuming the hierarchy know they can use their phones to scan transfer documents. Dont want McGuire syndrome to kick in
  22. Playing devil's advocate here. Toth plays a double header in Hungary and gets injured. We are shipping out our first choice keeper who had a solid spell in between his calamities. We are left with a rookie in goal who did not cover himself in glory in his recent first team outing. Is Pears really a third choice? Mowbray thought Raya was suspect. We all thought Walton was suspect and he had a decent career away from us. Pears is howler prone but he has also been a match saver. I think we are leaving ourselves dangerously thin on the ground if Toth gets injured.
