I heard a good podcast interview between Jurgen Klopp and Steven Bartlett. Jurgen explained the importance of motivating players individually and if they are not cutting it in training there is usually a reason that needs to managed individually. There are rules for everyone and then individual motivation depending on personal situations I may be wrong but I don’t get the feeling that Ishmael is a touchy feely type of motivator.
