  1. It’s probably a yellow 9 times out of 10 outside the first minute to be fair
  2. Technically that’s a yellow but the ref should show some common sense less than a minute in
  3. Maybe Tony will surprise us and Bucko will be wing back
  4. Always expected Burnley to get ahead today but they need to build a bit of a head start as Everton could go on a mini run the last few games once these table topping fixtures are done. You wouldn’t be surprised if they got a bit of friendly help from the officials on the last day if it came to it, the premier league would prefer them than Burnley to be in the league next season
  5. Liverpool lead which was inevitable after the blatant red card and penalty decisions
  6. Richarlison and Pickford winding Liverpool up but the ref has let Mane off with a blatant red card, no way that happens other way round
  7. Some turnaround by them, Everton need some unexpected wins but think it’s them or Leeds for the drop now
  8. Looks like another win on the cards sadly
  9. I think we’ll get at least a point and then another vs Bournemouth Fully expecting us to miss the play offs but retain the rhetoric of just falling short at the last hurdle as we couldn’t compete with the squad sizes of Luton and co
  10. At the point now where we need to win all 3 with Sheff United not picking up any points
  11. Everton 1-0 down within 5 minutes, could be a huge lifeline for the dingles with 2 winnable home games in a week
  12. The gulf in class between Liverpool and United is ridiculous, Gary Neville going in on United and he has a point they are pitiful Got to think Liverpool are nailed on for the quadruple here
  13. If Tony wants to blame the fans he must have seen a real cauldron of hatred for the 3 minutes and 31 seconds it took us to effectively throw the game away
  14. I think there’s definitely a fair point that he is overdoing it too often. The step over is a useful tool in his Arsenal but the overuse can neuter it. He’s at his best when going direct and at pace, when he goes past players he often gets fouled in dangerous areas. I think he still has loads of potential but needs polishing. He’s got 4 goals and 3 assists this season which he will definitely need to build on but still more than the likes of Brereton had until last season. Also thought Hedges looked more like a footballer than he has previously, I’d be starting him next game.
  15. Hedges did more in 15 than Dolan has in months? Didn’t Dolan score less than a month ago? He also set up our best / only chance of the first half with his quick feet Not his finest performance and the lad needs coaching but let’s not go OTT
  16. Gallagher by far our best player today
  17. Johnson plays a near killer ball for them - Mowbray stands and claps
  18. Lucky not to be down to 10; JPVH one foul away from a red, likely to come before half time
  19. Loved Nyambe here but he’s checked out Awful stuff this, really pitiful almost to a man
  20. Looked just off anyone confirm?
  21. Lots saying they can’t blame Giles but apart from Swansea he’s been woeful, faster than Pickering so that’s a plus but he’s been a huge disappointment in any position he’s played
  22. Amazing to think he scored 83 goals here, he’s scored 31 in the 6 years since he left us!
  23. Excited to see Tony’s master plan for tomorrow. By master plan of course I mean his latest in a series of ‘inventing reasons to sub Ryan Nyambe’
  24. Whilst I love any opportunity to rub salt in the wounds let’s be honest travelling to London on Easter Sunday is likely to be a pain in the ass
  25. Looked a bad injury for Westwood, the day after they sacked the main physio as well
