  1. Everton and Leeds both now absolutely full of belief and the only other team they are likely to catch they lost to last time out. Tough task for the dingles
  2. Huge goal for Everton, and a huge one to nudge Burnley closer to the drop if they can hold out 5 minutes or so
  3. Ridiculous red card for Everton Strong yellow card rightly given. Var looks 10,000 times in super slow mo and ref eventually convinced to change his mind to red
  4. Bonkers that now Chinese whispers is gospel and taken as proof For me Mowbray had a job last night, to get us 3 points, he got that so can’t be devoid of credit He blatantly got it wrong in the first half, it was the pits, but he made changes and we won the game, that doesn’t make him a football genius but we often criticise him for being out thought and failing to deal with opposition changes during the game. Surely by the same logic we have to credit him for out thinking Rooney with the changes?
  5. Always easier to say after a win but the ref was good tonight. Let a lot go, but consistently so rather than blowing for every slight touch.
  6. Slightly odd, makes you think something went on at half time I know Darragh was having harsh words with JRC at one point
  7. Some second half Gallagher man of the match by a country mile
  8. Relentless absolutely brutal this half
  9. Jesus wept JRC is an awful full back
  10. Well deserved we’ve been awful at the back
  11. Going for 2-1 tonight He’ll change the frontline and I fancy Hedges or Dolan to take their chance, if he plays Kazim Richards is bound to score for them which is why I think we need 2!
  12. Ward was nowhere near as bad as the cries of desperation would suggest. He let a lot go but felt mainly in our favour overall. One thing that really annoyed me was him ignoring Weimann booting the ball away, then eventually booking him when he did it again in an identical manner, should have booked him the first time.
  13. No doubt but I would wager there were more chants at Wells in the first half than towards our lot, it’s a two way street and overall the fans have been superb this season it’s just a bug bear of mine Ive just gone into grumpy old man mode and try to distract my lad when the chants of ‘xxx sh*gs his mum’ start
  14. Guess the last time and place they kept a clean sheet away
  15. The more I reflect the more gutted I am about today, the first half saw little impetus with the Blackburn end chanting more about Nakhi Wells than any of our lot and the game was going nowhere then there was a real surge of energy with Dack coming on, such a sucker blow for that to happen next. Really need to react positively and thrash Rooney and co now
  16. Imagine if we had as many chants for our players as we do whenever an ex Burnley player is spotted
  17. Never seen the players as quiet on social media after a game
  18. Not critical but has anyone else noticed Kaminski’s distribution has got markedly worse recently?
  19. If someone else took that and missed people would be saying Dack should have taken it As soon as it was given Travis made a move to get the ball to Dack, he was always going to take it I wish it was more Julian Dicks than Jason Wilcox mind
  20. He was he warmed up more than the other subs
  21. Buckley annoyed me today, so casual it borders on arrogance
  22. Don’t let Gavin Ward shield that, you get what you deserve at times Sick for Dack though
  23. Well done ref to be fair a shocker of a dive Khadra
  24. I think he’d do a job as a lower premier league right back; not as a wing back for sure though
  25. Van Hecke and Nyambe and that’s your lot IMO There’s a lot of average players in the Premier League but at present most of ours are a way off sadly
