Couldn't agree more. I really want Gally to come good, he grafts, he helps his defence but he's as threatening as a neutered poodle. Buckley has a load of talent and when the team are on top he looks a player. Problem is when you need him to step up against the better teams he hides. Tell you what I did hear from an impeccable source regarding bonuses. In the promotion year all of the squad were offered a 25k watch if they got promoted, they were all understandably happy with that arrangement. The manager at the time (whose name escapes me) contacted the owners and told them not to and that they would be best placed to hold the cash and give it him to strengthen the team at the end of the season. So that was that, the watches were pulled.

The test was always going to be how we'd react when the opposition worked us out. Looks like there's a lot of work to do on a Plan B and C.
