  1. Well this is a bit shit innit? He has his critics but he's one player who can turn a game with a bit of quality, hits a good set piece and travels well with the ball. He'll be a big miss on the field and who knows how it will affect the rest of the camp. Just hope it's not Burnley who are on for him...
  2. Very little threat in this team, can't see where a goal is coming from to be honest.
  3. Still not seen anything from JRC to make me think we have a player. Gallagher constantly on his heels, midfield anonymous and the back 3 being worked hard by a poor unit like Eaves. To make things worse we're playing like a poor route 1 side relying on the Daragh diag. Can't be as bad 2nd half, I still fancy us as Hull are poor.
  4. He'll devour this league that lad.
  5. When I managed a Sunday League team I used to get the worst player half a mild and make him sit on his own after the game.
  6. In goal? To be fair I'd prefer him.
  7. Awww, forgot about Bell.
  8. Yep. Best player ever to come through their ranks and very very highly rated there.
  9. And, more importantly, make us more attractive for a prospective buyer.
  10. It's games like this and how you perform that define seasons. What a bloody win. I still have very little time for the manager but what a team spirit there appears to be.
  11. Dolan is very lively tonight. The Beevers foul on him smacked of an experienced pro pissed off at being ripped a new one.
  12. Brereton is off to Seville in January, heard from a couple of sources. That's the Mowbray moneyshot.
  13. Like I said, I had no reason to comment until I see someone trying to claim moral high ground in a high profile news piece while being responsible of the same thing they accuse others of. Nothing more to it than that.
  14. As 'that poster' I will say I only weighed in with a comment because of the complete hypocrisy of the complainant. So, Jim, I'll ask again. Do you think Rafiq's tweets were racist?
  15. Totally agree Gav, I'm sure you will join all fair minded folk in condemning Rafiq too.
  16. Would you say his tweets were racist Jim? What was your opinion of Ollie Robinson when he was outed of doing the same?
  17. Yes I do. But to sit there knowing full well he was guilty of doing the same is the height of hypocrisy. He should come out of this episode no better than those he accuses.
  18. Indeed he is. Apologies after being rumbled won't cut it either, he had plenty of time to address this but chose not to.
  19. Was the guy Stephen Horner not a contributor on here once upon a time?
  20. Oh, you won't have read the apology for the capitulation on Wednesday then Gav. Oh, hang on a minute....
  21. Ah well, no surprise there then. Integrity my ring.
  22. The least any manager on the end of a result and performance like that would do would be to apologise to the supporters. I await with bated breath.
  23. I honestly cannot remember a more pathetic capitulation in my 40 odd years watching Rovers. This is utterly shameful.
