Exactly, and he’s clearly been given buttons to spend on transfer fees and wages. Add to that, he can’t exploit cheaper, foreign markets to any great extent because of visa restrictions.

Evidently, our potential ins are going to clubs who are willing to pay more than chocolate buttons.

Amidst all the other factors at play, Broughton is a guy who has been chucked in at the deep end to learn a completely new role. That would be hard enough at an efficiently operating club. Just now, this is not looking too good.
