It’s the stage fright that seems to spread right through the team that upsets me, so inconsistent. One whiff of getting into the top 6 and we bottle it, not two games later we revert back to this pish. I think it’s becoming evident that Tony’s ceiling is mid to lower table championship, is that good enough for the owners? He has had money to spend and spent it very poorly. The football on display is slow and ponderous and has been for years. I like Tony and he has done a decent job for us, but I think it’s time for a change, we are going nowhere fast. We have decent individual players and a plethora of quality youngsters, seem to have some money too. I bet we would be an attractive team to some bigger names. Not too bothered who the replacement would be, Moyes would be terrific, and Hughes would be a good pick for a glamourous return, would imagine some fans would return for him.

When did he say that? Didn't catch that part. If true, that is an incredible statement, Holtby was hands down the best player on the park when he came on Tuesday night. Will be first name on the teamsheet fairly soon. I think we need to start Armstrong up top for a change, and start keeping the bloody ball on the deck for a change. He is very frustrating at times, but he is absolutely rapid, and the long ball to Gally and Graham just isn't working. With Dack, Rothwell and Holtby the three attacking midfielders. Downing the deep lying playmaker, and Travis the ball winner. That is a very good front 6, and should be aiming for top 6.

That is what I would run with at QPR. Try to refrain from lumping it forward, try to counter quickly, and having good technique. Through ball city.
