I agree we do need stability and I'm not saying I agree with managers getting sacked every 5 minutes but it's the way the game Is now. He is contracted for another year with a 12 month option after that. We don't need to be giving him another new deal. Mowbray has done very well but a manager is always in danger of being a few bad weeks away from the sack. I'm tired of the club forking out stupid amounts to pay people off.
