I hope the club have a loan move lined up for Nuttall, he needs to go out so we can see how he does. I don't want to completely write him off but from the few games he has been involved in the first team I don't see him making the grade here. Let him out on loan keep a watchful eye on his progress and have a look at him when he gets back and if he isn't up to it then I expect he will be moved on.

I don't think Mowbray trusts Rothwell to play in centre midfield yet. I would love to see Rothwell playing deeper and driving us forward but I'm sure i remember Mogga saying in an interview that he has spoken with Rothwell and doesn't think he has the discipline to play as one of the two yet. Reed is a bit more of a defensive type. I think Mowbray prefers two tacklers and workers in that position at the moment. Hope Evans coming off yesterday was just a niggle, he has been excellent since the start of the season and back end of last season

I was against the Mowbray appointment and even last season in the early stages thought he wasn't the man for the job. Thought sacking Sam was a good idea but only because I had convinced myself that Venkys were bringing in a big name and were going to throw money at us.

If Dack has a good season then no less than what they paid for Maddison at Norwich.

Yeah thought the club were doing a cheap ticket offer on one of the early games?It don't really matter to me as have season ticket but if they did a cheap game and some of the non regulars seen the fight and passion of this team it might persuade a few to come back more regularly. We will have a 13 day break after Bristol next Sunday due to the internationals will give us a bit of time to get Dack and Armstrong back fighting fit, will also give any signing we make a couple of weeks to bed in and learn what we are about.

It makes me sad when I go to ewood and Dack's not playing We need Rothwell and Palmer to step up to the mark The line up and bench show how badly additions are needed, Sharpe suggests 2 coming in and that was sticking his neck on the line.2 isn't enough

Obviously Mowbray doesn't think Graham able to start two games in a week. Nuttall has his chance it's up to him to play his way into Mowbray's plans

If Dack and Armstrong are out it will be hard to judge.Armstrong already out but if Dack plays we will find out a bit about ourselves today as they are a decent side.Their top scorer is suspended

You would imagine we might get one in on loan on top of Brereton, if Armstrong is out for any length of time and even Samuel who isn't quite good enough but still we have lost another body unless Nuttall not going on loan now Just seen Sharpe say he reckons 2 in before the deadline so maybe Brererton will be the only attacker brought in as aren't we rumoured to be signing Reed aswell? I mean I don't think Reed would be a bad signing but we're shorter in attack than midfield .Altho I do think Reed would be Mowbray's choice to start in midfield

If this is true about Brereton you would imagine the hold up is over how much of a percentage in the sell on clause. If as they say he is rated at Forest then you would imagine they are wanting a healthy slice and probably a load of other clauses based around number of goals he gets, if we get promoted, possible England call up etc. In one way that's good at least it shows he is highly thought of.But Venkys are probably only allowing this deal as they are looking at making a profit and the more expensive it gets less chance of a profit.One good season and you are talking double on 6 already one exceptional season and wouldn't be far off 20 million, fee's are only going 1 way and that's up.

If an unnamed premier league club would have paid that they are hardly going to be accepting less from us are they.They will just wait until January and sell him to that club surely. If the post story has any truth to it then if we did have any interest surely it died a long time ago surely we wouldn't be spending 10 million on him and we shouldn't either unless a couple more are coming into can't be spending on a cherry when we haven't bought the cake
