  1. Further to what I posted the other day I mentioned the bending forward thing to the Chiropractor and he said that to do it from standing does not help as the weight of the upper body can cause strain. The way to improve lower back pain is to lie down an raise the legs (using the hands if you can) then move them from side to side. Apologies for my earlier error.
  2. Can't see Rashid getting into the team unless it's a real spinners wicket. Now we will see how good the England batting line up is facing the Australian bowlers.
  3. I know I don't cycle myself but can I just mention something that a Chiropractor told be about back pain? He said that bending forward actually tends to relieve lower back pain as it separates the vertebrae and relieves stress. It's bending the back backwards that causes compression and pain. Just a thought for what it is worth.
  4. Keep meaning to go up there but not got round to it yet. I believe Ian Austin is still playing there.
  5. Another snide post from roverzee. Do you ever actually post anything else? My summer is great. Playing golf and watching Lancashire. Be careful you don't get square eyes sitting at home watching England cricket on TV. I shall be in the open air enjoying the summer.
  6. Another attack. I tell you he never does anything else!
  7. Seems all the trouble comes from your direction. Stop trolling or get off the forum.
  8. Encore une fois. As I said, incapable of posting without trying to provoke someone. No interest in the cricket at the moment.
  9. Here comes roverzee again doing what he does. Attacking other posters and butting in. Never does anything else.
  10. I think you will find it is you that decided to have a poke at KP not anyone else. Don't start arguments and then go all self righteous.
  11. Difference is when Chaddy makes provocative posts, and he does it all the time, his minders leap to his defence. I don't say I don't sometimes make provocative posts but then the stalkers group leap up all militant. You can't have it both ways so just butt out. Particularly roverzee who never makes a post unless he is getting at somebody.
  12. And I firmly believe that everyone should have to take a test before they are allowed on the road especially cyclists, and I have never seen a car driver plough into the traffic on a red light and give v signs to the legitimate drivers. There is nothing ludicrous about my contention that the cyclists are more inclined to bad behaviour on the roads than motorists but thankfully there are less of them.
  13. Preach all you like Paul but the idiots I see on the roads are mainly cyclists. I'll not be taking you up on your company on a bike ride Paul. We have enough differences on here. The bit in bold is just nonsense.
  14. He asks for it with provocative posts.
  15. Not a post to provoke eh Chaddy? Ask that again when we get stuffed by Australia. They are a proper team not the bunch of amateurs England have just been playing. See how they do without their best batsman against them.
  16. We were waiting on a red light at the crossroads in Nelson yesterday afternoon when another idiot cyclist rode straight past us all, ignoring the red light, straight through into the heavy traffic going the correct way at 90 degrees to us and causing chaos. There were headlights flashing and horns sounding and he casually took both hands off the handlebars and flicked v signs at the car drivers. It's no wonder drivers hate cyclists and would love to see them banned from the roads.
  17. He appears to have a big chip on his shoulder Gord.
  18. Quite right Abs but whenever we beat Yorkshire it's real enough for me.
  19. Because he has been told by the stuffed shirts that he will not be picked. What would you do? By the way I have learned to dismiss Jim's rantings as not worth replying to.
  20. Sense of humour bypass. Expected from Paul and TJ but I expected better from you.
  21. That's only because the best batsman has been ignored by the stuffed shirts at the ECB who fear he will show up their little favourites for what they are. Australia's rabbits in the headlights. This summer will hit England where they deserve to be hit for cowardice. They will be swamped.
  22. Nothing against a Lancashire football team. If they organised a county tournament I would support Lancashire. Club football is an entirely different matter. I am a Blackburn Rovers Fan and I can't change that even if I wanted to.
  23. Yeas really. He froze them out for his own reasons. I don't expect you to agree with your reputation for supporting the establishment whatever they do.
  24. I know Abs, I know but how can I support the ECB when they rely on personal squabbles and feelings instead of ability. It's almost as bad as Gary Bowyer with David Dunn and Paul Robinson.
  25. I know but it's what the stuffed shirts of the ECB drive you to. Sorry but it's the way I feel.
