He'll be rubbing his hands at the prospect of selling anything that moves following relegation. I have thought for some time now that it has always been Venkys plan to downsize the club in order to reduce the losses.

Its the only logical conclusion ..

Deliberate relegation  they have history with that ..

What is there left to protest about?

Most of our fan base has walked away.

There will be a lot more going before the next season too .

We have to make a stand  somewhere  cos these vile and evil owners , will continue to destroy the club !

Remember where we were when they took over !!

We will respect the legacy of Jack Walker !

    Venkys Out !

Think that was obvious from his interview.

For the purposes of the present discussion though its probably more relevant whether JDT wanted him to stay or at the very least grudgingly agreed to his departure on the understanding he'd get a decent chunk to spend on permanent fees.

Reading between the lines when he was asked about AW recently it sounded like JDT wanted him to stay until the summer.

Exactly, no smoke without fire with this Press non appearance...

Let's imagine that Rovers do finish this window and these next 8 hours in a positive fashion we don't anticipate - Maguire signs, other (good) money signings too, sensible loans (in and out).

That does not excuse the fact that - YET AGAIN - Rovers have had their reputation dragged through the mud due to obvious incompetence from the very top. Laughing stock, unreliable, unprofessional, incompetent from top to bottom, clown owners and senior management.

Signing some players will not erase that. How much for 5,000 tennis balls?

     10000 would be better

Well. Isn't this the most predictable thing to wake upto after an early night.

There was never s chance of any signings.  I wouldn't be surprised if Wharton was assured money would be spent if he left.

As soon as the ink was dry though...

Dream venky window. Just need one more striker off the books now.

Anything is possible in Venkydom !

Its painful folks but this is what we have been reduced to by these gobshytes running our Club...our best young talent flogged off to Crystal fooking Palace.

You know where all Roads lead back too...

All roads lead to the 1st Division ...

A disgraceful turn of events ..

    Absolutely spot on.

The part that I would add, this is a chance for us to break free from this bollox cycle of needing funds to cover a meagre amount of ambition.

The ball is most certainly at JDT and GBs feet.

The ball is in the court of the Venkys  !!

Don't expect more than a few rupees ...
